Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was very disappointing.
First, we placed an online order. The app showed it would be ready in 10 minutes, but we had to wait almost 25 minutes. The second order was just a coffee, supposed to be ready in 8 minutes, but we waited 20 minutes.
The biggest problem was that we didn’t even get what we ordered – we received fewer bagels and a completely different spread than what we asked for.
On top of that, the staff at the register and those preparing the coffee showed an unprofessional attitude. This is the first time in America that I have experienced such disorganization and lack of respect toward a customer.
Honestly, I cannot help but wonder if this happened because I am Muslim, as I struggle to find any other reason for such treatment. If that is the case, then it is even more serious.
This restaurant urgently needs to work on the professionalism of its employees, because such experiences drive customers away and damage its reputation.

A 1 rating for food: bagels are smaller, as well as bread slices. BYO is the Panera slogan . Downward slope since Covelli sold his Panera franchise. Liz A.

I ordered on the kiosks at the front, then waited for 20 minutes for my food to be made. Watched multiple people who ordered AFTER me receive their meals before mine. For reference, I ordered a pick two half sandwich and soup and a bottle of water. Once I finally got my food, I asked the man who called out my order for my bottle of water. He told me I had to go back by the register and get it from the cooler. I go to the register, it's empty. So I stand there and wait for the girl at the register to finish with her current customer (now standing there with my food in my hand). I told her that I needed a bottle of water and I was sent here, but the cooler was empty. She glared at me, then gave me a bottle of room temperature water (that cost $2.49 btw). Whatever. I finally start eating and I shit you not, this half sandwich has MAYBE 3 ounces of chicken on it and no sauce. The soup was fine. My two napkins were placed underneath my bowl, but were soaking wet. So $15 for total trash food and total trash service. I'm reminded why I don't ever eat here.

In store special: purchase an entree and a drink, get a cookie 50% off. Picked the Kitchen Sink cookie that was $2.80 at half off for 1 cookie! After reviewing receipt, I enquired about the price, that is when the cashier stated it was normally $5.59! Did not try the cookie yet. Filled from meal. With "Pick 2" the bowl of Bacon Mac & Cheese was $9.99 instead of $11.99, but for the price, the bowl could have been filled more!
Food is definitely fresher and better for you, but I spent $39.06 for the 2 of us! I had no rewards on my account today, but it is worth signing up as I get emailed special promotions throughout the month. I just do not live near a location to join the Sip Club. Great idea for those who travel. Look for the gift card promotions to get more for your money.
Not sure why the ice tea machine was drained at 7:35 pm when they do not close until 9 pm. I like cleanliness, but how do I refill my cup?
