Tammy at register put a different name on the order than what I told her, said “no this is good”, gave me massive attitude, rude, then referred to me as a completely different name…. Ridiculous that a cashier can’t even type in a simple name correctly without being rude to customers…

I have literally never got so sick after eating at a restaurant than here.

Worst Panera on the planet. I don’t remember the last time I was here and they got my order right! Today the Greek salad consisted of 12 pieces of lettuce that was brown, not a green piece in sight! Go anywhere in Uniontown before here, the entire staff should be fired.

We went through the drive through and the man at the window was super nice and said drive safe! It may be little but it was a super nice gesture!

Very disappointing experience

Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was very disappointing.

First, we placed an online order. The app showed it would be ready in 10 minutes, but we had to wait almost 25 minutes. The second order was just a coffee, supposed to be ready in 8 minutes, but we waited 20 minutes.

The biggest problem was that we didn’t even get what we ordered – we received fewer bagels and a completely different spread than what we asked for.

On top of that, the staff at the register and those preparing the coffee showed an unprofessional attitude. This is the first time in America that I have experienced such disorganization and lack of respect toward a customer.

Honestly, I cannot help but wonder if this happened because I am Muslim, as I struggle to find any other reason for such treatment. If that is the case, then it is even more serious.

This restaurant urgently needs to work on the professionalism of its employees, because such experiences drive customers away and damage its reputation.

The quality and availability of breads and teas and coffees has declined drastically. The coffee- even the dark!- is very hot water with coloring added. There is really no coffee taste and thus no coffee in it. If you’re looking for a pick me up or caffeine fix, forget it. Bread choices are very few -maybe 3. There is a drastic difference between this Paneras at Uniontown vs in Washington PA. And cleanliness at this Paneras is minimal. If we want to spread another pandemic or even the flu or colds, it is one for that opportunity. If you wouldn’t serve a guest in your house with food on floor and chairs and tables, why is it the normal at this Paneras and others also. The coffee is so terrible that if I didn’t have another Paneras to frequent, I would just pass by this “cafe.” It is so disappointing as many guests meet up with acquaintances and friends to have a coffee or tea or sandwich etc. This is definitely not the way to keep a restaurant chain open. Prices have gone up everywhere, and many are choosing not to eat out much. Along with high prices, the quantity/quality of ingredients of meals has also declined. And all providers need to cut the sodium way down as it is literally killing people and it is crazy.

5 star service. Why? Tammy Y. Years of respect for her knowledge of inventory, operations, flexibility, and the old maxim: customer knows best. Tammy leaving her post for ??? A 1 rating for food: bagels are smaller, as well as bread slices. BYO is the Panera slogan . Downward slope since Covelli sold his Panera franchise. Liz A.
