In store special: purchase an entree and a drink, get a cookie 50% off. Picked the Kitchen Sink cookie that was $2.80 at half off for 1 cookie! After reviewing receipt, I enquired about the price, that is when the cashier stated it was normally $5.59! Did not try the cookie yet. Filled from meal. With "Pick 2" the bowl of Bacon Mac & Cheese was $9.99 instead of $11.99, but for the price, the bowl could have been filled more!
Food is definitely fresher and better for you, but I spent $39.06 for the 2 of us! I had no rewards on my account today, but it is worth signing up as I get emailed special promotions throughout the month. I just do not live near a location to join the Sip Club. Great idea for those who travel. Look for the gift card promotions to get more for your money.
Not sure why the ice tea machine was drained at 7:35 pm when they do not close until 9 pm. I like cleanliness, but how do I refill my cup?

Customer service was rude and got our order wrong twice. Ordered a large broccoli and cheddar with two bowls, family meal, and they gave us a small large with two bread bowls. When I went back to get my order fixed, they recharged me and replaced apples with bread. What the hell am I supposed to dip my apple in the soup? I will be calling corporate and making a complaint. I would not advise eating at the spot. I will also be calling my bank for a refund.

Ok I'm not gonna lie I could've made this at home. The bread was soggy as it was rained on and put on my sandwich. The worker I heard her name was "gabby" or something she looked at me with rude and menacing eyes and yelled have a good day. Very rude. I will not be back and I advise the same to others. Like isn't this a bread store? Why is the bread always gross
My 1st time ever at Panera. It did not disappoint. I was a bit worried when I asked 2 different people for recommendations (mind you 1 worked there) and both responded " I haven never eaten here before" Oh boy I was worried a bit, I stuck it out and got the "Pick 2" the bowl of broccoli cheddar soup and the Bacon Turkey Bravo. OMG..... honestly prob 1 of the best sandwiches I have had in a while. The soup was delicious bit it was warm not hot. Although the prices are a bit on the pricey side I'm sure I will be back again. Oh yeah make sure you try the tomato basil bread..... Out of this world.....

a restaurant cannot survive with only atmosphere, we got a chicken sandwich with chili and a latte. not only is it not enough food for 2 people but it costs more than it would if I ate anywhere else. we got the food and the chicken was gristly, the tomato had a core, the latte was literally cold. I got a refund and left. and I never do that.

Food was good tasting however was definitely lackluster as compared to the menu photo was completely chinced on all toppings and this was my first time ordering from Panera. I did not tip because I didn't know if they would deserve it by making a quality sandwich. They did not so I definitely will not tip at this location ever if I even ever want to go back. Go to Subway, Primanties, or JJ's it is 10x more bang for your buck.

Got a pair of soups for about $9.00 each and they filled the bowls just under a third of the way for each of them. I got takeout so I didn't realize it until I got home. Not exaggerating when I say I paid $18.00 for 6 tablespoons of soup. Insane.
