My family ordered here for the first time in years. What a huge mistake. They don't update the online tracking app to let you know that it's almost ready(like dominos and Pizza Hut do). When we got it We were surprised by how bad it was, Raw dough even though we chose well done, the way it's constructed was awful they put the toppings under the cheese so it WILL NOT stay on and didn't cook right, no chance of crispy toppings. I have never gotten a pizza that was so bad that the entire thing went to the garbage only missing 3 bites. The bread sticks were really dense and a tad underdone, they were swimming in some kind of butter. My partner had to call them 3x before someone answered, when they did it was some rude lady that was interrupting him and being very ignorant, she started cursing and hung up- I wish it was face to face🙃. Then he called back and spoke to another person who was professional and offered us a full refund, which was very nice because I know she didn't have too. I wish we would have not had the entire experience. I hope this was a one off but the reviews suggest this is the norm.

employee with glasses very rude. rolled eyes when we walked in and asked to place an order, rude to other person with us because they weren’t placing an order, rushing us out the door immediately after placing order. needs fired. horrible customer service.

Mess up pizza cause of pictures ordering then told them to make me just a 14 inch and they make the xl that's was worst pizza I ever had ate half of a piece
Got two pizza’s today they were great and we recieved them really fast and charles the delivery driver was a sweet heart!!

I got the cupped pepperoni pizza. It was really good. It probably could've used another 30 to 60 seconds in the oven but that's just my opinion. The staff was great and the place was clean. Just wish it was in a more convenient location traffic wise.
