SAT MARCH 9 I held on the phone 3 times for someone to answer me. A total of 30 minutes. I ask when I got the the store was no one answering the phone tonight. They answered me smartly we're really busy. I asked why they couldn't answer the phone and tell someone that. There was atleast 7 people in the store and 1 delivery guy leaving. The one lady who would not answer me when I ask was she the manager, was telling me to leave and threw her hand up as to ( talk to the hand).

Sat on hold for over an hour trying to place a order for 1 pizza. I hung up after an hour n 17 minutes. Idk what kind of establishment you run but it's definitely not for the customer's or even for the community. Your driver's drive recklessly and the foods not even up to par. Sad to say Papa John's was a favorite of mine now days I wish they'd just get out of our town.

All I have to say is this is the first time I ever came here, and it'll surely be my last. I walk in, and the woman (Kathryn) who talked to me just had a horrible attitude. Slaming the receipt machine because it ran out of paper, giving me an attitude when I was just asking what their popular pizzas are, i was about ready to walk out! & their food is amazing, too bad I'll be going elsewhere.
