I ordered food for pick up. we placed our order through the app for pick up. When we brought our food home it was the wrong order. We called in, the guy claiming to be the manager claimed it was corporate policy not to deliver if a mistake is made, nor did he offer an apology or a refund. He placed the burden on us to come back to the store. I told him that I would be calling corporate to give him an opportunity to make the order right. 2 hour and fifteen minute wait, got my food at 1015 at night, but they sent the wrong pizza. Smh.
I ordered before my friend and she got her food before me. Called the store and was on hold fifteen minutes . My friend called on her phone and got through and they told me 15 minutes . It’s been almost two hours since I ordered and still no food . They close in 40 minutes and still no food .
