Second time in a row they screwed our order up big time and had to wait a very long time for the to fix it. Other customers orders wrong. My family and I won't be back. Actually taking this further. Customer service atrocious, we are not driving back to wait for you to make a new order. Comp the lousy service and apologize. I see why all the pizza huts are closing.

Got the $2 lunch pan personal pizzas. Despite some rude customers, the cook handled it very well. I waited 15 minutes past promised time, but I didn't complain I saw how crazy busy they were. I did however receive the wrong order. I will order again, maybe perhaps not at noon time. But overall , not disappointed, the employees were professional and apologized for the inconvenience.

1.Door says store open until 12am, however they don't post dinning room closes at 9...
2. The menu has NO PRICES on it so I guess you pay whatever??? Must change depending on how much business they get that day???
3. Both older guys working there looked confused and possibly under the influence of drugs or alcohol...The man that approached us at counter after laughing at us was very unprofessional and rude...

Terrible people. Unprofessional. Do not order delivery, I heard they have no drivers and will let your food sit until you come pick it up or a door dasher gets it HOWEVER the door dashers don’t even get notified. Save your money, go somewhere else.

Placed my order at 5:46 on the website, was given a time to pick up in 45 minutes, we waited and watched the order tracker, and in the 45 minutes, it updated to “your order is ready.” Went in to no one at any of the tables, but about 15 people by the counter, and everyone seemed aggravated. The lady at the counter canceled her order and walked out. When I finally got to the counter, was told our order hadn’t even been started yet. Was told that there were 20 or so orders backed up and that they could still make my order but couldn’t give me any time when it might be ready. I canceled my order too. I couldn’t tell if the guy at the counter was just overwhelmed or had just given up by that point. Not sure who the manager is, but this definitely isn’t the way to run a restaurant. Years ago, every table and booth could be filled and service was excellent. Sadly this isn’t the case anymore. I definitely won’t be going back here.

I ordered online at approximately 330 for delivery to my workplace not far away. That part was OK. It confirmed my order and estimated delivery to be between 355 and 403. I waited to 10 after 4 because when I looked the tracker still showed preparing your food. I called and was told they are waiting on door dash to pickup the order. They said our driver dosent get here till 5pm. I was not impressed as they seamed to want to place the blame on doordash. I didn't order thru doordash I ordered on your website. FYI you are responsible... I decided to wait for the order as it would have taken just as long to cancel and order from somewhere else. Almost 440 the pizza arrived with their driver not a door dash driver and it was obvious they gave me the pizza that had been sitting their over an hour waiting for a delivery driver to deliver it. I dont normally work the location in Uniontown so im not familiar with other locations for food. But I do know I will never eat at this Pizza Hut ever again.

A lil over a month ago I ordered a pizza, one of the toppings was grilled chicken. I paid for it and when I get home no grilled chicken. I called and spoke with the manager on duty. He offered to remake it but I wasn't trying to drive back to the location. So I asked to just be refunded for the premium topping I paid for and didn't recieve. He was all for it. We joked about how I drove past the Oliver Square pizza hut twice as far to them,because oliver square is are trash. Thought it was settled until they never refunded me. I gave it this long just for benefit of the doubt. And here we are papa johns, coal patch pizza, pangys and foxes in perryopolis are the moves around here.
pizza hut as a chain is awful in this area.
