I called to place a Togo order and the lady rushed me thru my order never asked me what size fries or anything didn’t ask if I wanted dipping sauce for the tenders very rude must have been busy and didn’t want to take the order .. if you don’t like your job simply QUIT MAM

Wow, things have really went downhill. Haven’t ate at Potters in a year or so, should have kept it that way. Waitresses with hair hanging and not very nice. No seasoning on the fries that were once the best around. Iceberg lettuce salads aren’t cheap. Go somewhere else and get a real salad for less.

i feel like their food has gone down hill. prices have got really high and the food hasn’t got any better. which is rather odd for such high prices. i rarely visit. last time i did i was blown away with my bill. but it is what it is. still same ol potters vibe, no complaints there!!! it’s just. if you’re gonna raise the prices on food, make sure the quality is getting better too that’s all!

Me and the wife found this place after 2 years of living here and this is the first time we've stopped ansolutly loved it will return to try other food they make definitely recommend!!!

Was trying to call to place an order… I have never tried their food and heard really good things about it so I wanted to give it a try….. they asked if they can place me on hold I said sure. They kept me there for about 12 minutes and hang up the call. I kept calling and still got placed on hold without even asking now… I called one last time and said I was on hold already and they hang the call… I completely understand if they are busy.. I worked in a fast food place before and understand it’s stressful but I never handled my costumer through the phone that way…. Disappointed, guess I’ll never try their food.
