Potter's is our hometown go to now. Service staff is friendly and accommodating, food is great, and price is reasonable. Highly recommend the wings, but try everything.

We ordered take out for dinner last evening. I order the club sandwich as pictured on the website the other 2 attached photos is what I actually got. The bread was so greasy it soaked the white paper it was on. As you can see it had very little turkey and nothing was proportioned it was all just thrown on the bread. Had I been in the restaurant I would have sent it back. We live close but I was not walking it back down to them because quite frankly I shouldn't have to they should get the order right the first time. Honestly if the aren't going to serve what it pictured on the website they should take the photo down because it's false advertising. My fiancé and his son love eating there but it's not ever been my first choice. This experience takes it completely off my list of choices.

The food: Oh man where do I begin, the portions? small, the price? high. The home made chips? soggy, not crunchy. The service: Waiters taking obscene amounts of time to get back to us despite the restaurant practically being empty, like we literally watched the waiters talk amongst themselves as if we weren't there waiting for our order to be taken, I thought that i might have to actually wave one down to get served, and they have some big mouths on them I mean they talk loud loud, its annoying to say the least. Atmosphere: Restaurant isn't pretty, the theme is dank, dark, depressing even, its kind of like a haunted house.

I live in the area I've been to Potters many times primarily because my friends invite me there not because its my first choice. My issues with this place are pretty simple: 1. The portion of food for the price you pay is little, to say the least. And I don't even have a big appetite to begin with I weigh 174 lbs. 2. The server woman at the bar speak so loudly almost everyone in the restaurant can hear her speak, its ridiculous, and this is a recurring thing, not a one off occurrence, it makes having conversations with your friends difficult, and is distracting, perhaps teaching the bar servers to use their inside voices is necessary. 3. On multiple occasions, I've had servers fail to ask how my table wants our checks, they don't ask "separate or together" they'll just show up and blindside you with a full together check, very strange to make such an assumption, and if you don't explicitly ask for it, they wont bother to ask you. 4. The restroom here is a single person restroom, there is no way to tell if someone is inside it other than to knock, its 2024, update your restaurant and buy a door with a slider on it which states occupied or empty; would be a great convenience to many customers, it is inconsiderate that Potters has never done this in all their years of operation, let alone gotten a bathroom that can serve more than 1 person at a time in a restaurant that holds 50 people at a time, and also is used by employees.
