I have not been to Red Lobster since 2022. The last time I dined there, the service was terrible and the food was awful. Yesterday was my daughter’s birthday. She requested to go for crab legs to Red Lobster. When we got there the people working were very nice and hospitable. Our server, Hailey was OUTSTANDING!! She honestly was the best waitress I have had the pleasure of meeting in a long while. She gave us a SUPERIOR dining experience. The food was delicious and we left very happy. Thank you to Hailey for outstanding customer service!
