I have not been to Red Lobster since 2022. The last time I dined there, the service was terrible and the food was awful. Yesterday was my daughter’s birthday. Louann has been one of our favorite waitresses since this Red Lobster opened almost 40 years ago. You could not ask for a more competent waitress; friendly, and efficient. We have watched her family grow over the years and truly feel we are a part of the Red Lobster family!
