I received these TINY fried cauliflowers for an appetizer. It took the Waitress FOREVER to check on our table, we were starving and ate most of them, because the waitress took forever. When she came back. I complained about how small the majority of the Cauliflowers were. Some were just crumbs, no Cauliflower(and was a small portion at that). She came back and rudely said the manager said because some were eaten we cannot take them back or refund them. The rest of the night, we were treated very unfairly. Staff even came out and gave us looks because I complained about the cauliflower. When the waitress brought the check out, she waited for me to pay her, she stood over me. I could not believe they did not honor their product and take off bill or give us a new order with actual fried cauliflower, not the bottom of the bag pieces. Another person at the table received dry chicken. My French fries were also dry too with barely any cheese. We were all treated poorly and we will not be back, it is a shame, I like to support mom and pop places, but will not be supporting this one. From the reviews, it looks like the staff has treated other customers the same way. Would not go here!

We went to Roosters with another couple today. The place is beautiful with a large bar. The service was excellent. The portions were large. I had a large pizza. The pizza was delicious. My wife had a salad and stromboli and bothe were excellent. We definately will be back

This was my 2nd time there and my wife's 1st time. Wife really enjoyed the food. The chicken was much better this time over the 1st time I was there. Last time they had just changed the oil and I think that was the difference. The cinnamon whipped cream fer the sweet tater fries is amazing. The only issue was after the waitress brought our food we never saw her. We waited like 20 minutes after we had finished eating to get our check and boxes. She did apologize but I think she was working the kitchen and serving so I can't ding her much on that. Will def be back.

Ordered food for delivery at 7:30 pm it was delivered at 9 pm, and missing a dozen of wings that were ordered and dressings that had to be paid extra for. Food that did arrive was not hot. We live a few minutes away from the restaurant location but with delivering multiple orders at a time food sat over 30 minutes in the delivery driver’s car.

I LOVE the food. Very very tasty and consistently well made. Prices are decent. The service is terrible. Everyone that works there is very friendly, but there is no organization whatsoever. I was there a couple weeks ago for dine in… it took 2.5 hours for a large pizza and a dozen wings. What?! Even with take out, you end up waiting at least 30 mins more than you’re quoted. Idk if they need more staff or better management. But, if they could figure out their timing issues, Roosters could be even more successful.
