So I've had times here where the food was amazing. Hands down. It's the best fried chicken I've ever had, but their food is very inconsistent and the staff is absolutely horribly slow.

First time in & had a great experience. Restaurant was clean & tidy, plenty of seating. We sat at the bar, ordered a large pepperoni pizza, & 12 mango habanero wings. Definitely get your moneys worth as the wings were huge. All food came out fast & hot. Tasted delicious, definitely impressed. Service was wonderful!

Took extra long for a 3 piece meal..when employee brought out meal, drink was forgotten and they did not give utensils, napkins or even butter for the biscuits

This was my first time ordering, at the recommendation of a friend who eats there often and has nothing but good thing to say about the food. I ordered a “fork and knife” pizza (square/thick crust) on Friday, 2/7. Arrived 5-10 mins after my requested pick up time. Bartender was very friendly. Took the pizza to my car and peeked in the box. Discovered it was the wrong item. Took it back in, was told the slips were mixed up, and that mine was in the oven(?) I made no fuss, mistakes happen. I waited for my order to be done. Believing that I had the correct toppings this time, I went back to my car. Opened the box to find the crust charred black and the cheese scarce (see picture). One of my toppings was extra cheese. At this point, it’s getting late and I didn’t have the time or patience to go back in to complain or wait for another pizza. The food seems fresh and from what we could salvage to eat wasn’t bad. Obviously, very disappointed and leery to order again, especially for what it cost.

For the price of the Burgatory they give you bottom dollar burger parties that you can get from Walmart that are BOILED on a bun with soggy lettuce. No thanks!

Great salads and pizzas. Chicken ok, I'd stick with pizza and salads tho.
I can’t comment on the overall atmosphere because I’ve only ordered take out and have not dined in. The taste of the food is good. HOWEVER, I have ordered 3 times and all three times my order has been wrong. I complained the first time and they reached out to fix the issue. The second time I didn’t contact them because I didn’t have time. This time I did contact them to let them know I’m done trying to support their local business. I hope they are able to fix their order accuracy and quality control for other customers.

I use to love this place but they get worse and worse every time starting to feel like they got it out for me or something there pizza dam near gave me a heart attack never again that draws the line I’m not eating there no more good luck that place went down hill
