Made an online order at 7:35pm for curbside pickup! Received a txt saying a 75-90 min wait AFTER the order was placed and paid for!! So now no choice but to wait! Showed up at 9pm called the girl answered and was RUDE said it was being made. Asked how much longer she said 10-15 mins. Called again at 9:16 again the girl was rude said it was ready and literally hung up the phone. Guess what it wasn’t curbside?! So what was the tip for I did online? Had to go inside and get it and wait AGAIN for another 10 mins!!! Never had a bad experience inside but most definitely will never ever order online and after tonight will not go back! Our food was definitely not fresh! Cold chicken, cold mac&cheese, and actually soured coleslaw!

Got a pizza and it was nice and brown on the outside but gummy in the middle. Asked for double sauce and got enough to turn the crust red. Got a calzone and same thing brown on outside gummy in the middle. Had to u a fork to eat it would fall apart if u tried to pick it up. Had better frozen pizza.

Their pizza is easily the best in the area!! We love it! We usually get the Deluxe, and its always hot and super yummy!! The staff is always friendly and accomodating. We picked up our pizza last night and there was a great band playing, made for a groovy time!! Would definitely recommend, try em out, you wont be disappointed!!?

I placed an online order at 5:48 and didn't get the food until 7pm. We had a very long delay with food orders. The food itself is really good but plan for a delay until they increase the kitchen staff to get the food out faster. The waitresses were visibly distressed about the delays. Please please please get the staffing you need and I will come back over again.Parking: There is no parking for curbside at this Morgantown location. You must go inside to pick up.
