I pulled into the drive through to order a burger. I told the young lady that ketchup is the only condiment that I would like on the burger. She caught an attitude and aggressively swiped my card through the reader. When I got home, not only was the order the order wrong but the entire burger was smashed.

Where is the pride in the business. Appearance is everything. The moment you drive up to the restaurants the main sign is missing from the tall marquee. It’s just the remains of what used to be there. Just a frame. Business just take no pride anymore in their own establishment and it’s sad. And this isn’t something that has recently happened, it’s been this way for a long time. Have pride in your business, fix the sign, it’s the very first thing people see when driving up and you don’t even have one. If a business is so lazy that they can’t even fix their outside appearance what does that tell you about the inside of the business? Do better!

Literally the worst experience ever. We ordered in a stall and waited 30 minutes for a food for us to be told that they don’t have our order. A worker came out to retake our order but then proceeded to go on break and not put it in. Waited an hour total between trying to get our food and a refund. Got so frustrated with the staff. Will never return and telling everyone to stay away from Sonic. Truly disappointed.

I just ordered a RT44 cranberry limeade and it was disgusting!! It tasted like straight seltzer water!!!! Please do better
