we've been here a few times, and today was the worst. I got a sonic blast with Oreos and they were completely stale and soft! like they were put in the freezer and kept on the counter for days on end. it also looked like they only added the oreos and Reese's to the top instead of mixing it in. I didnt even want to finish it.

We waited over 15 minutes for before the call box turned off. No signs saying drive thru or app orders only. We're ignored, several workers looked out the window and just walked away. I'm not sure what is going on but it has gone down hill a lot in the past year or so.

I pulled into the drive through to order a burger. I told the young lady that ketchup is the only condiment that I would like on the burger. She caught an attitude and aggressively swiped my card through the reader. When I got home, not only was the order the order wrong but the entire burger was smashed.
