Me and my always used to sit down and get a drink and a bit to eat and look at the mountains but after covid they shut of the sitting. They need to bring it back.

I order on the app under HOT tea so I order the gingerbread latte and they made a cold one when I said it was to be hot she took back the ice and remade it I always thought you could keep the mistake They are the ones who messed up They had an attitude when I asked she said she been her for years if you was here for years do your job right

We went here today staff was not very friendly. They don't use your name on the slips so it is hard to figure out which drink is yours. especially since we don't go to Starbucks often. Then I ordered 2 cake pops. They put the 2 kinds I ordered on the pickup area. As we are leaving a lady yells for us to come back says we took a cake pop meant for the drive thru. Well she put it on the inside pick up counter. It was the one we ordered and My daughter has it. She already licked it. But she makes her give back the cake pop and then gives the cake pop my daughter had licked to the person in the drive thru. Gives my daughter a new exact same cake pop. Why she didn't just let my daughter keep that one and give the person in the drive thru a new one somebody hasn't already ate is beyond me. I tried to rush outside to let them know especially since my daughter just got over being sick for 2 weeks but they had already left. We also bought 2 cups and one of them is cracked. We don't come here often but our total was 60.00. We definitely will not be back.

Three times in a row I have stopped by this Starbucks and they are not serving regular hot coffee. They have every sugary, milkshake type of drink available but no actual coffee at a so called coffee shop! Go figure.
Every time I order a caramel ribbon crunch frappe there is like literally no caramel flavoring in it. It always taste like bland plain frothy frappe. So when I’m forced to ask for extra I end up paying 12 bucks for a grande frappe insanity I tell ya. So anytime I’m craving one I bring my own caramel to add instead of paying an arm and leg for a few extra pumps. SMH

We love Starbucks for our morning, afternoon or evening coffee runs! Their food and snacks are tasty also.
Whoever was working this shift today at 4pm was incredibly unprofessional. It was 2-4 people. One guy & a couple girls however it seemed like people who were off their shift were hanging around being really loud. I go to get my drink & it’s iced I just asked for regular? One said I hate this place so much& that they just let reprimands go in one ear & out another.

The baristas are very friendly. The mobile order system is clearly the downfall of this location. There needs to be a better way to fulfill the orders of the customers willing to come in and actually order in person.
