Unbelievably slow.

got delivery from here. ordered an iced coffee w/no ice (assuming they will still give me a full drink) and come to find i spent $14 on a half filled venti cup. very cool starbucks!

Very disappointing visit at the Starbucks in Uniontown. The staff, especially Seth, was extremely rude and made us feel uncomfortable. We spent about $60 on a hot coffee and three sandwiches, but the coffee was undrinkable. When I asked for truff hot sauce, they acted like it was a big deal. Terrible service — definitely not what I expect from Starbucks!

Terrible chain coffee and even worse service. I asked for a piece of tape for a torn $100 bill that i intended to spend there and was told they're not an office supply store. ZERO stars if it were possible. And now...Guess what, you're not ever going to be a coffee shop for me either. Go local...Fuel in Farmington, PA all the way.

Well I put in a pickup order. Had I known the store was only open for drive thru, I wouldn’t have. Had to sit in a 15-20 min line to pick up my order. Frozen frappe was liquid and “hot” sandwich was cold and I’m late to work (cause I had already paid I had to get it).

I normally enjoy my experience here but today I placed a mobile order well in advanced and when I got to the store the lobby was closed and it was deive thru only which was very backed up with no movement. I understand everywhere has staffing issues and if this is the case the mobile orders need shut off. I was late for work and no one was nice. Very disappointed.

Terrible service. The girl taking the orders at the drive through sounded like she was either high or strung out. She dragged her words, didn’t know the menu, and seemed like she had absolutely no idea what was going on. Maybe she was just having an off day I’m not sure. I ordered the new strawberry matcha and got charged extra for strawberry cold foam on a regular matcha. The drink is around $6 bur got charged $8.50. Then when I received the drink it was 80% cold foam and 20% liquid. If I wanted to drink strawberry whipped cream I would’ve had strawberries and whipped cream at home. Didn’t even want to bother getting it remade or a refund because the girl probably wouldn’t know how to do that either.

I went through the drive thru and I got two venti Carmel Ribbon Crunches, I got home not even 2 minutes after I got them and they looked really good, I even had tried the whipped cream on top and it was good with Carmel and all, until I took a sip of it, it was FOUL, it had no Carmel or even coffee flavor/taste, I mixed it up even the whip cream in it fully and it still tasted like dirty water idek how to explain the taste but for how expensive these drinks are and they taste like this is absolutely RIDICULOUS.

This place is trash as opposed to the one at target. The manager is a joke and rude. The drinks are never filled all the way, they never give enough ice and heaven forbid you ask them to give you the cold foam you paid for!

Every time I come here it is decent, takes forever and I always get a matcha latte with vanilla syrup or vanilla cold foam and light ice. Everytime it is awful it is the same woman at the window who can’t do anything but talk in circles to her coworkers. I order a venti every time and every time she is working she hands me a grande. It is very time consuming to sit there and wait even longer for it to be fixed even though it is what I paid for. I watched them just dump the grande matcha into a venti scoop more ice into it and add more milk…. Very upsetting it is watered down and way too cold as I was looking forward to this after a long rough day. Then not only on this occasion but has asked if someone else order was mine and a couple months ago even gave me someone else order on tip of mine and I’ve had my order given away as well. I am also tired of my drinks never being full either. The last time I was in there which was 2 months ago she charged me a venti I got a grande and I wanted the to pay the difference to my drink because it was the same price as a venti and for my drink to just be fixed she had a whole attitude and ran her mouth and walked back to the window and the poor girl making the drinks was very stressed because she had no help but was gracious enough to fix my order.
