Terrible service. The girl taking the orders at the drive through sounded like she was either high or strung out. She dragged her words, didn’t know the menu, and seemed like she had absolutely no idea what was going on. Maybe she was just having an off day I’m not sure. I ordered the new strawberry matcha and got charged extra for strawberry cold foam on a regular matcha. The drink is around $6 bur got charged $8.50. Then when I received the drink it was 80% cold foam and 20% liquid. If I wanted to drink strawberry whipped cream I would’ve had strawberries and whipped cream at home. Didn’t even want to bother getting it remade or a refund because the girl probably wouldn’t know how to do that either.

I went through the drive thru and I got two venti Carmel Ribbon Crunches, I got home not even 2 minutes after I got them and they looked really good, I even had tried the whipped cream on top and it was good with Carmel and all, until I took a sip of it, it was FOUL, it had no Carmel or even coffee flavor/taste, I mixed it up even the whip cream in it fully and it still tasted like dirty water idek how to explain the taste but for how expensive these drinks are and they taste like this is absolutely RIDICULOUS.

This place is trash as opposed to the one at target. The manager is a joke and rude. The drinks are never filled all the way, they never give enough ice and heaven forbid you ask them to give you the cold foam you paid for!

Every time I come here it is decent, takes forever and I always get a matcha latte with vanilla syrup or vanilla cold foam and light ice. Everytime it is awful it is the same woman at the window who can’t do anything but talk in circles to her coworkers. I order a venti every time and every time she is working she hands me a grande. It is very time consuming to sit there and wait even longer for it to be fixed even though it is what I paid for. I watched them just dump the grande matcha into a venti scoop more ice into it and add more milk…. Very upsetting it is watered down and way too cold as I was looking forward to this after a long rough day. Then not only on this occasion but has asked if someone else order was mine and a couple months ago even gave me someone else order on tip of mine and I’ve had my order given away as well. I am also tired of my drinks never being full either. The last time I was in there which was 2 months ago she charged me a venti I got a grande and I wanted the to pay the difference to my drink because it was the same price as a venti and for my drink to just be fixed she had a whole attitude and ran her mouth and walked back to the window and the poor girl making the drinks was very stressed because she had no help but was gracious enough to fix my order.

As usual, the barista's attention is focused on the drive-thru. Meanwhile, at the counter, we had to wait for about 20 minutes to get our light snacks and coffee. Sadly, this is becoming typical of Starbucks experience. If you're not a drive-thru participant, you better not be in a rush. The baristas are overworked. Next time I'll skip the wait, and the bathrooms, and hit the drive-thru.

Ok, ok, now to be fair.... I have given this place another shot..... to my surprise, the girls that I have recently met HAILEY (the hands down nicest person I have ever met in any starbucks ever) and HANNAH.. Other than these girls, I wouldn't waste my time or money. Apparently, if u ask for something that needs to be typed in the system, rather than a fast button to push.. Then you won't be served. The woman even said they don't care. So I guess the owner doesn't care that they lost 800$/mo. in business over a cup. But hey, good for you! Obviously, the owner doesnt give a shit about customer service!

But this is still the worst starbucks I have ever been to. I order all the time.. Sometimes, twice a day when I'm working. (I am a regular at a few diff starbucks from uniontown to North of Pittsburgh). But since going here a couple of times (figured I would give them a couple of chances over time. Change in staff, etc), this is the worst! They speak to costumers like trash. If you ask for something specific, THEY WILL GO OUT OF THEIR WAY NOT TO ACCOMMODATE. Honestly, my coffee is $11.03. (It's a venti iced carmel macchiato w 3 extra shots of espresso, extra carmel, and whipped cream). The only thing I ask is, PLEASE, PLEASE PUT IT IN A TRENTA CUP! MEANING THE ICE AND CARMEL) bc all the extra shots make it NOT FIT in the venti cup, and I have no rm for ice. Even ounces to ounces, really. It just doesn't fit. I have never had an issue w this, except this store. They would even tell me they were out of the cups just so I'd need to take what I get (even tho going in right after, they def had them. They acted like they didnt know what I was talking about). As a side note.. I also tip well bc I understand it's hard to work w the public. I will also never be disrespectful to someone who is making my food! But omg this place! It's just a mess!! I've been in line and heard them talk about the costumers right after they leave, etc.!! So now I go to the starbucks in Target! Even tho it's pretty far outta my way. The starbucks in Target is SOOOO MUCH BETTER!!! Honestly, the girls in target starbucks deserve one hell of a raise bc I know they're taking on a good bit of costumers that don't go to go to this store!!!!

Numberous issues. I have waited in drive thru line for just a cup of coffee for 20-25 minutes( not that long a line to start with and I’m patient). Giving the benefit of the doubt. Probably short handed, but happened on several occasions. Decided to go inside today. Usually cashiers gets my coffee, not making me wait while they make all the drinks. Not here…waited just as long to get a cup of coffee. I don’t see where Starbucks wants your opinion anymore. I have been a customer for going on 18 years and all over the country. Worst service here ever at Starbucks 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Such a joke as usual. Ordered one drink at 3:50 and it is not 4:23. The slowest Starbucks ever. The app said less than 10 mins. Try getting people that know what there doing to work. The person working was walking and moving around like she was stuck in glue.

I have had a couple of bad experiences here. Rude employees. Don't know what they're doing especially on days when they offer specials like BOGO or half price beverages beverages. I stopped going here and just go to the Starbucks inside Target..100% better.

Stopped at the Uniontown drive-thru this morning and asked for a small mocha Frappuccino. The worker asked me again and I repeated my response. When I got to the window I was handed a small cappuccino. I said that wasn't correct. She said she could get me the Frappuccino but she had asked me twice and heard tall cappuccino. She made it sound like it was my fault and it was inconvenient to get the Frappuccino. She was curt, almost rude. I just kept the coffee and left. She shouldn't be on the front line. I have worked a front line for years. She needs to be making the coffee not taking the payment and handing out the coffee. And to top it off I literally only got half a cup of cappuccino for almost $5. This is a problem.
