As usual, the barista's attention is focused on the drive-thru. Meanwhile, at the counter, we had to wait for about 20 minutes to get our light snacks and coffee. Sadly, this is becoming typical of Starbucks experience. If you're not a drive-thru participant, you better not be in a rush. The baristas are overworked. Next time I'll skip the wait, and the bathrooms, and hit the drive-thru.
Stopped at the Uniontown drive-thru this morning and asked for a small mocha Frappuccino. The worker asked me again and I repeated my response. When I got to the window I was handed a small cappuccino. I said that wasn't correct. She said she could get me the Frappuccino but she had asked me twice and heard tall cappuccino. She made it sound like it was my fault and it was inconvenient to get the Frappuccino. She was curt, almost rude. I just kept the coffee and left. She...
The staff were very helpful regarding my questions about my mobile order and whether I got rewarded for it already through the app and the Iced Pistachio Latte was great and had it ready in minutes! Definitely recommend this Starbucks location!
