I was picking up an order but, they gave it to someone else at the drive thru. When the man brought it back in the manager took it and tried to pass it off to me ripped bag and all. Who knows if that man opened anything. I asked if they'd remake it and all they did was change the bags.

This store is always busy and usually short staffed (like every one else). Their service issue lies where they only focus on pushing cars through the drive thru and ignore mobile, delivery, and lobby orders. As a door dash driver, I waited 1 hour in the lobby tonight for the order. Others waited a minimum of 45 mins as well, with at least 1 of those orders being incorrect. The staff was busting their butts to get the orders completed, but pushing 20+ cars through the drive thru and ignoring the other orders is unacceptable. Orders should be completed in the order they come in or at a 3-2 ratio (or comparable) if they want to push the cars through the drive thru a little faster.

App wouldn’t work. Went in and took 10 minutes to get anyone to look up at me to help. Can’t order anything that’s in the app on the screen apparently. Absolutely terrible customer experience.
Got a chicken quesadilla, not heated up at all, completely cold, cheese was unmelted, and there were chunks of tomato in it??

I go here at least 3-4 times a week. Typically between the times of 12-2AM. If you are going to trust any review, trust this one. The food is consistent, it’s always hot and made correctly. The staff are nothing but nice and are quick with making the order! I genuinely enjoy this Taco Bell ?
