Came here because I’m in the area for business. My waitress was very friendly, steak was cooked perfectly. My only complaint is that out of the six pieces of grilled shrimp, three were overcooked and visibly so. Other than that, it was delicious. I’ve even got plenty of leftovers. So glad I came for dinner.

Just experienced my first time at Texas Roadhouse and I ordered the smothered chicken. It was amazing with seasoned rice and loaded baked potatoe. I love this place and will be back. I even applied a week ago and got called today for an interview. I'm so excited. I'm definitely a fan! Or groupie! Whatever you call it.

So I just want to start by saying our server Suzie was AMAZING! The food and managers were horrible. We were there for 2.5 hours waiting for our food just for it to come out cold and not correct. We sent it back just to once again be missing items. Once again our server was great, always asking if we needed anything, and getting us refills. We were there for a birthday and 3 out of our 6 meals were horrible. Only one meal got any sort of discount. I asked the manager if I could get some sort of discount on my meal since it was one of the meals that was wrong. I was told no since it came out ok the second time even though we waited 2.5 HOURS in there. The manager also lied to us about how the tips were distributed since we wanted to leave our server one but not the kitchen staff. I thought that was a little messed up that a manager is lying to customers about those things.

The food was decent however, 3 out of 4 of my party had stomach aches shortly following the meal. The service was very slow it took 45 minutes to get our food. The atmosphere was horrific, it was by far the loudest texas roadhouse I've been too. The music was extremely loud to the point that we had to yell at each other. It was a bad experience.
I did not care for the taste of my filet. It was very bland. My husband said his steak was bland also. I sent mine back and only are the sides. My husband decided just to eat his. They did take the charge off for the steak. That was fine for me. I enjoyed the sides and didn't mind paying for what I ate. The staff were very nice even though I didn't care for my filet. We were seated quickly. Everything was nice except the steaks were just bland.

We got 2 orders of ribs that were red and raw. Sent them both back for them to come out raw again. The manager asked how they were and said we will take them home and finish cooking them. Then there were flying ants dive bombing us and our food. We mentioned it to our server and she just laughed and said no one else has complained about them and walked away. The entire section was complaining about them to their servers too. We had to ask for our rolls 3 times to finally get them when we decided not to eat our bug infested food. Then wait 30 plus minutes for a box to take said rolls home. Poor customer service and even worse food.
