This place is small to medium. They had the newest drinks. A very friendly staff who was very helpful. Prices were okay. If you need to stop to get a drink it's a good place

Ashland Ohio's premier dining location. It is impossible to find another location in town that comes close to approaching the quality of food in the first place, but the sheer variety of food means that you will always be coming back for more.... and just when you think you know the whole menu, seasons change and they bring in even more goodies. UBC has been my first choice for a nice dinner for years now and I can't see them losing that spot anytime soon. Top marks.

so I am driving home from Florida and my family is driving me nuts and I dexide ro stop for lunch in Ashland. I found a place called Uniontown Brewery and it gave me the will to go back to Florida next year. The staff was courteous and cheerful even though I wasn't. We were quickly seated and I ordered the pretzel for an appetizer This giant pretzel with creole mustard showed up and I started thinking I shouldn't have ordered the pastrami sandwich because I was already full. The sandwich came and my son ordered o e as well and I was happy because I knew the car would smell like pastrami the rest of the trip. Si ce I was driving I got a crowler to go of Jail Holl cream ale. I drank k it when I got home and I will go back to try more beer. Do yourself a favor and stop. Great food and a great staff. Highly recommended!

Uniontown Brewing Co is always my favorite place to eat when I'm in Ashland. The owners are very accommodating and a pleasure to speak with. The staff is great and there are many craft ales to choose from, my first choice being Kolsch. I highly recommend trying this place out when in the area.
