The lady taking my order was beyond friendly. I had no problem with her. This is the second time I’ve come through here in the tomb of. And they’ve given me somebody else else’s food and if you don’t have the time to turn around, but you should not have to then shame on you check your food. I don’t know why they can’t check your order twice.

Horrible experience this evening. Only one baked potato available, the order was incorrect and when I tried to explain the problem, the girl at the window shut the window in my face mid sentence. I have never experienced such horrible service from any restaurant. The staff are incredibly rude. I would not recommend this location to anyone I know. The food was awful and so were the attitudes. I will never visit this location again. Do better Wendy’s.

They are always so nice here if they make a mistake they have always fixed it, same thing if doordash or the wendys app screws it up, I have hardly had a bad experience here. They are really awesome people and you can tell almost everyone there works really hard.

Yeah, highly don’t recommend going here unless you want to eat bugs in your food! Upon getting halfway through my burger, I found a lovely little bug, wings still intact and everything. It’s disgusting you can even serve unwashed lettuce to your customer, because if that slides, God only knows what else slides there.

I could tell they're short staffed.. The girl who took my order and cashed it out had to leave her post at the first window to also serve my food at the second window. She was very sweet tho and the fries were straight out of the fryer hot hot!
