We go here often, and when we walked in, the girl was on her phone. Then, when I was giving her my order, she got a little snooby with me. And I am not the one to get snooby with. Then, when I went to get a refill on coffee, she ignored me the whole time. Sorry, little ms. snooby, you messed with the wrong one.

Would rate -3 but doesn't give that option. Went through the drive thru and sat there at the intercom for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order! There was one person in front of me at the windows and one person inside so it's not like they were busy. Saw 5 employees inside. Guess they were all on break.
