We go here often, and when we walked in, the girl was on her phone. Then, when I was giving her my order, she got a little snooby with me. And I am not the one to get snooby with. Then, when I went to get a refill on coffee, she ignored me the whole time. Sorry, little ms. snooby, you messed with the wrong one.

Would rate -3 but doesn't give that option. Went through the drive thru and sat there at the intercom for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order! There was one person in front of me at the windows and one person inside so it's not like they were busy. Saw 5 employees inside. Guess they were all on break.

Normally love this place but I ordered bacon cheese fries and the bacon was completely burnt i could smell it before I even took it out the bag. It cannot be eaten.

Pulled up to a woman screaming profanities at the cashier and the cashier screaming them back. Probably should have left then. After the angry screaming woman left, the employees basically tossed the bag at me without a word. I would really like to know what I did because I felt like I was on the receiving end of anger due to the woman in front of me.
I ordered buffalo nuggets and an asiago chicken sandwich.
I got a burger that I am assuming belonged to the woman who was swearing at the employees and then a chicken sandwich that was in no way an asiago. No asiago bun, no cheese. They either gave me someone else's order or they just threw random food in the bag.
All I saw were teenagers, not a single grown adult in the whole building. The only saving grace is that this Wendy's isn't nearly as disappointing as the Chipotle. I rarely reach out to corporate but this might actually warrant such an action. 0/10 across the board. Hire a manager.
Showed up at 8:30 PM on a Saturday and the doors were locked (of course). No sign on the door. Went into the drive thru, reluctantly. I should have known better because Mumbles on the speaker sounded like she was having a bad day. We had a sizeable order, around $50.00. Fries were nice and cold, burgers had more condiments on the outside of the bun than on the inside, and whoever "tried" to fold the grilled chicken wrap needs retaught. I say "tried" in quotations because it looked like it imploded inside the wrapper. Honestly not sure how this place is still in business because this is definitely not the first time. This makes me afraid for Chick-fil-A when it opens next door.

I ordered a 10 piece of DoorDash and my food was cold, no napkins, I was shorted nuggets and they were just thrown in the bag and my baconator fried looked horrendous the sweet tea was terrible too

Missing 2 of my orders of nuggets! Had hair in our baconator fries ! One baconator fries had tons of bits of burnt bacon and the other just had two pieces of bacon slapped on it. Called was told I needed receipt to replace food but yet the employee didn’t even give me a receipt! Very bad customer service
