We were hiking in the area and stopped by on the way out in heavy rain. This place was a cozy stop with great food. (I am gluten intolerant/sensitive but I do not have celiac) and it was a nice surprise that they are celiac conscious and the owner was so friendly! Got an awesome cheese steak on a gluten free sub roll.

Small-town feel. Our server, Lisa, was also the cook! She was working hard to get orders taken and food made. She was killing it. Food was delicious and the portions were generous. We’ll be back next time we are coming through the area!

What a charming and lovely family restaurant! The chef’s wife was our waitress since she was wonderful. And we had the homemade lasagna special and it was exceptional homemade sauce, Angus beef. It was amazing. Sorry I couldn’t be there for Mother’s Day when he has medallions of filet mignon plant and risotto. Highly recommend this restaurant if you’re visiting Ricketts Glen Park.

This is the best place to get food. Every time I am in from Connecticut I always have to stop here the food is great and the serving size is perfect and the atmosphere is great. If you ever in the area you need to stop by here.
Food is fantastic!!! Owner is absolutely wonderful ! Love bringing my family here. Whenever family comes to visit we always make this place a stop for breakfast , lunch or dinner .
