Building is an architectural marvel. The murals inside are beautiful and this building holds tons of history. My problems with it are that the bells now sound out of tune and keep getting off time. Also, only three stars because the Board of Directors needs to be educated since they keep cutting budgets while simultaneously raising tuition. To them: YOU DO REALIZE YOU ARE RUINING OUR REPUTATION RIGHT??!

A grand old building, Penn State’s administrative headquarters. Check out the historic frescoes in the central portion. The overall stone structure of the building is beautiful.

This is an old beautiful building which has a large surrounding yard. We will meet some adorable squirrels near around there. Love it.
