The service was quick and there are multiple ways to order your food. There are several different place to sit, inside and outside with large tables and small depending on your group size.

My son got food poisoning from a chicken sandwich at the university park location. Not only did the restaurant not care . Their insurance carrier won’t reimburse me for the ambulance and hospital bills. What a terrible company . Should be avoided at all costs

I'm afraid that I have to disagree with my fellow reviewer. Some of the surroundings are somewhat attractive. The food though, is expensive. I eat there only when I have to. They don't care (in Kern) so much about if their menu is accurate because they are (4 months) "new", and 'very busy'. do yourself a favor and walk to college ave and get better choice, better food, or pack from home.

The Paneras on Penn State campus offer poor selection at inflated prices in unattractive surroundings. Worse than bad airport food. To be avoided unless you're really desperate (which is clearly what they are counting on).
