My boyfriend and I went here together and ordered separately. Neither of us received our bakery items we ordered and our orders took over twenty minutes to process. There were five people behind the counter.

I ordered lunch online today, and it was supposed to be ready for pickup at 12:35. However, I ended up waiting there for over half an hour. This was a complete waste of time. Very disappointing experience.

This is probably one of the busiest Panera’s I’ve ever seen, because of its prime location and Panera’s drink subscription. Because of this, they are obviously not able to keep the place tidy and clean during the day. When I stopped to use my drink subscription with my family when in town, they place was a hot mess. People everywhere, garbage everywhere, they had no ice, and everything just felt sticky. If they were able to keep up, it’d be a very nice location.
My son got food poisoning from a chicken sandwich at the university park location. Not only did the restaurant not care . Their insurance carrier won’t reimburse me for the ambulance and hospital bills. What a terrible company . Should be avoided at all costs

we had there good breakfest with hot drink, the coffe in USA is not as good as in Europe or Israel. the brad is o.k.
