Arby's sandwiches have sunk to a new low. Got the loaded Italian sandwich. It was squishy almost meatless brown lettuce. A mix of curly fries and regular. If the food wasn't bad enough walking through the dining area was like walking on sticky tape. Miss the days of getting a quality meal for a premium price. Abdominal distress followed the meal to boot. Arby's is now on the do not eat list.

$13 bucks for a French dip combo and a jamocha shake, and they didn't give me the dip. If I wanted plain roast beef & Swiss I woulda ordered it. Never again.

I did not eat inside the restaurant.I ordered their new brisket sandwich.Not good at all not worth eight dollars and some mad change. I took two bites and threw the rest away. I will not buy it again.

Clean store, friendly workers. Could have been a little more meat on the sandwiches but food was fresh and meal was good. I'd give it a 4.5 but no half points allowed. Def go back. The store in Camp Hill is closer but this may be my new place to go.
You ever fiend for a jamocha shake on a Tuesday afternoon? Well I had the itch so I drove over to this Arby’s since the last one I went to had a broken milkshake machine. I get in the drive-thru and of course this one had a broken milkshake machine too. What are the odds that 2 different Arby’s 10 minutes apart both have broken milkshake machines the same week? I think it’s a conspiracy and I’m still fiending for a jamocha shake so forget you Arby’s.

Ordered the French dip, got home and they forgot the dip! What's a French dip without the dip??? I asked for a couple packets of horsey sauce but none were in the bag when I got home and it's all on the receipt. The fries were super salty beyond salty! My toddler wasn't happy about that either! These kids don't deserve the money they're getting paid if they can't get a simple job done right! They seem to get paid to goof off on the job.

Reached out twice using the RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE FEEDBACK on their website asking for a REFUND on two different occasions due to receiving COLD food. And drinks that were filled with ice instead of receiving actual drinks and I was ignored! So my warning to others is DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT COLD FRIES AND DRINKS THAT ARE FILLED WITH TOO MUCH ICE! they don't want to keep customers. they ignore complaints and could care less.
