Upper Black Eddy doesn't have a downtown per se, but this establishment does the job by itself! Even on a sunday morning the place filled up with locals and travelers, warmly greeted by the employees who really gave my fiance and I nice helpings of breakfast, lunch, and coffee, and tea (Jasmine tea, which is hard to find anywhere). We went 3 times in 2 days, which should tell you all you need to know about the food and service. The family and friends that work there really...
Had the most delicious salad plate, the service was great, staff is friendly and super helpful. We love finding the chance to go here when I visit my family, it's always a special treat. The brownies are to die for.
