App did not disclose of cash payment restrictions. Ordered uses redeemable points and driver rudely yells at me saying they don’t accept bills higher than $50 which was not disclosed at any moment. Very unprofessional. I called the store and the “manager” was poorly educated in anything dominos related. Absolute worse store I’ve dealt with.

Messed up a single order of Sandwich. Was just told they could refund the payment amount without providing any solution. Had to drive back and get the order right. Order was placed on 03-15 in the noon.

WE WERE SCAMMED!!! We placed an order for pizza and garlic bread, it was a pretty large order. Not only did we not receive a confirmation email, when we looked back at the order to see when it was delivered, it had been delivered just two minutes prior. We checked our front porch and the garage with no pizza in sight. We searched around the house and we even checked with the neighbors, but we did not receive our order. We called and was answered by a lazy, incompetent man who refused to believe what happened. He continually told us that it was our fault, yet the driver did not even ring the doorbell or knock on the door. How were we supposed to know it was delivered, especially with no confirmation email? Since we had no way of knowing our pizza was delivered, we deserve a full refund. These lazy workers ruined our night and we were terribly hungry (while watching the Hunger Games). We do not recommend you order here. SPREAD THE MESSAGE.

Every time I go to this place, everything is great. The food is always hot and they're really fast when bringing it to my car. They're super friendly and go out of their way to make sure I have a good experience.The pizzas are amazing. They use really good ingredients and the flavors are so good. They have classic ones like Pepperoni and some unique ones too. Every bite is so good that I keep coming back for more.Overall, I highly recommend this Domino's Pizza location. They always give great service, fast delivery to the car, and delicious pizzas. If you want a good meal with friendly people, this is the place to go!

I ordered 1 medium pizza, cheesy bread, 2 sodas and a few sauces.. food gets delivered with no sodas or sauce. I call to say hey you forgot my stuff.. they redeliver my soda and still no sauce.. This was not a complex order for things to be forgotten; as someone who works in food service this an absolute joke . Get it together.

no delivery to Chester City, I wonder why...I have tried several times to make an order, when I finally gave up I asked the employee and asked if they had done any delivery to chester and the it said no, when I asked if they had problems with other cities near by, the person said no.

Every time I call I get sent to what sounds like a room full of Customer service reps. They hang up on you, and let you say your entire order just to say at the end sorry we’re having computer troubles call back to place your order. Very aggravating. Neither Online ordering or the mobile app works, it refers you to call the store. Call the store and the store picks and chooses when they can honor online deals. My son loves dominos pizza and I’m always trying to order from here but it’s always a hit or Miss, mostly misses. If you’re not going to fix ordering on the app or online at least find a way to still take the orders!!

I placed an order online and asked for a particular time due to I wouldn't be home to accept the delivery. food was delivered 45 minutes early sat outside in the cold and rain when I called to complain I was told to put it in the microwave will never order from here again. PS this stuff's way overpriced
