Walked right into the store and they looked at me us and stayed in the back talking. Someone came in to pick up an order, they walked right up to that person saying oh your order is not ready then proceeded to walk back to the back of the store again like we were not there. I said "hello" the female looked at me face angry, then the gentleman said, can i help you. Terrible customer service never ordered and never will. Hire new staff.

It is not as bad as people saying. I gave it 3 stars because of the girl who checked us out but the big funny shape looking girl was real rude and walked away from the register as soon as we walked in talking about she ain’t got time for this. Isn’t this your job?!! You shouldn’t work with the public if you ain’t got time for this meaning customers!!

Can’t say anything bad at all!!! Service is grate! Food is top tier. Compared to any other location I’ve visited, I was most surprised but this location! Food is always fresh, the pretzels are hug, same for Cinnabons. Prices are shocking low!

Had such a positive experience here. The cashier was polite and helpful not sure if the same cashier serviced the other individuals who wrote reviews but either way, she was great. As well as her coworkers . They went above and beyond to accommodate our pickiness lol. Place was clean and cinnamon rolls and pretzels were FRESH AND HOT! Will definitely be going back

Love Auntie Anne's but at this location, the pretzels was dry looking, as if they pulled it out from yesterday unsold batch. And the price was more than the mall. I left without getting anything.

Absolutely the worst service !!!! If I could give them no stars I would!!! The girl couldn’t scan the coupon that I received through their app…said I had to wait for a manager who basically made me stand there for over 10 minutes until I started complaining!! The girl at the register was rude and unprofessional!! For the amount of money you pay for one pretzel ($6) it’s not worth it!! Won’t be going back!!! Wish they would bring back the Pretzel Factory!

DON’T waste your time going to this location at 69th st unless the cashier gets fired. Since they first opened the young lady has been extremely unprofessional and rude. Rolling her eyes, never says hello and or Thankyou, stares at you as if you’re a fish in the fish tank, throws the bag in your hand etc. I can go on an on but that young lady makes matters worse. One time they didn’t have cinnamon pretzels and which they said to come back in a half hour in which I came back 2 hours later and they still didn’t make any. The one guy that worked there clearly gets paid to stand there and stare at the food that they’re supposed to be preparing. You’re going to waste your money and time if you go to this particular location
