I have tried several time to apply the coupon to my online order-but it is rejected. I contacted bb.q Chicken and explained the situation and they replied that they were having problems with the promotion and that it would be resolved within a couple of days. Well a couple of days have gone by and the promotion still won't work! Why even bother to send out these surveys if you're not going to honor them?

My second time eating here but unfortunately they removed the dine in option, so it's take out only. Food was cooked fresh to order so be prepared to wait! Really hot and delicious food. The kimchi fried rice is a winner!

I love every bb.q I've ever been too! The wings are always top notch! Nothing a big fan of the radishes, but I don't generally like radishes, so...just get the wings and be happy

Not sure if management changed but the quality and taste of the wings is not the same since their grand opening. Price is extremely high for wings covered in sucrose and bland

Chicken is really good. I ordered the spicy chicken and it is Spicy!! Online orders seem to be ready quicker than walk-in orders. I suggest ordering ahead before pick up because the wait is about 45minutes.

My 1st time visiting here, I wanted to try 2 flavors. I ordered 10 wings, however they won't do 5 and 5 split on flavor so I had to order 20 wings. I enjoyed both flavors, SS and S&P, but I didn't want to spend $30+. I was asked if I'd like coleslaw or radish, wasn't told it COMES with the order. So I declined. I returned to get 10 SS wings and was told on my 2nd visit coleslaw/were free. The staff gave me an extra coleslaw due to this mishap. THIS IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Many places would say you snooze, you lose. bbq Chicken for the win on this one. They earned this referral. I'm the type that will take my $ elsewhere the moment I am treated poorly or the food is subpar. Good job guys.

I go past here on the trolley to and from 69th street regularly and I’ve always wanted to try their food and a few weeks ago I finally did and I was not disappointed at all. The food was great, my boyfriend and I each got a chicken sandwich combo meal and you get a pretty good sized piece of chicken on your sandwich and also a decent helping of fires too. The staff was very nice also. Will be back again!

This is some of the best chicken I’ve ever tasted! I come all the way from South Philly for this chicken. I usually order the Honey Garlic wings and the sweet potato fries. As for the chicken it’s a great combination of of seasoning, not too sweet and not salty. The fries are always fresh! Those get eaten on the way home! Enjoy
