They can never get a Uber Eats order right. Missing items or the food taste nasty. A coke drink taste like water. Always either too much mayo or very little ketchup on the Whopper. Somebody don’t know what they doing.

No reason there should be 5 worker plus a manager and nobody is making any food. On top of that if there actually was a problem they didn’t communicate anything to the guests. Just let them sit and wait confused

bruh my icee was given to me and it was already melted??? assuming it wasn't defrosted because it was all liquid, my chicken sammy had browning lettuce and the chicken tasted so off, come on mannnnnnn i was so excited for my chicken sammy and cotton candy icee

I was confused at first and it seemed like the service would be slow but it appeared that they didn’t have many staff members working at the time of my visit. I came after 10 pm on a Sunday and it also looked like they were busy with delivery orders as well. The one girl was working both windows for some reason they couldn’t take the payment on the same side they hand the food off on. All in all she was very sweet and professional I just hope that she and her team are treated well for their hard work.

I AM

Everyone reading this, listen up this place has done nothing but good for the community. Personally, I can totally vouch for this place, being clean, calm, timely, and ready to deliver hot meals. The first photo that I took was poorly taken because I did not have permission, but would you believe that she offered to have her photo taken and I thought how appreciative am I to see great service. Another bonus was to always see that the manager who works there is always keeping the property clean. In this photo you can see that he’s Washing down the drive-through area, which makes for a nice welcome whenever you visit. I hope that this franchise could start a community Outreach with Youth - particularly young boys between the ages of eight and 16. Even if they could work for a meal. It all makes a difference- thank you for making my visit a pleasure each time I get my DOUBLE WHOPPPER. Oh and when the staff says “You Rule” it’s a better bite for my Whopper. This visit made me so happy I wore the Crown Throughout Philly as my tribute to my childhood me again.

I was feeling so down today and I went to get breakfast and was greeted by the sweetest voice ever. I did not get her name but she was so amazing!! I went around to get her name but it wasn’t her🥹🥹🥹🥹The young lady was simply beautiful inside out. Thank you sweetheart for making my day. Top notch customer service!!!
