Vegetarian options: The food taste different from other chipotle locations…usually it’s just more salty which I don’t really mind.. but today it taste like they squeezed 4 whole limes in my burrito! If I wanted a sour patch kid I would’ve ordered Gopuff 😩

I’m 8 months pregnant and i wanted to use that bathroom and they made it seem like i had to order first to eat.Then had me use the men’s bathroom because i didn’t have a receipt for the code for the girls bathroom because i needed to use the bathroom first . Just terrible service.

To have 4 people working on orders, STILL make them late, and have a group of 10 people waiting in the lobby surrounding the cash register is an amazing thing. My order was guaranteed out at 8:40. I got it a 9:02.
Asked to use the bathroom since my order was taking 4,000 years, and was angrily told I needed a receipt. I tell the cashier I didn't have a receipt since I made a MOBILE ORDER, and she makes the brilliant respondse saying "I don't care, you need a receipt" after going back and forth and given the wrong bathroom code, they finally unlock the door. See those pictures? That's what they were arguing to keep me out of.

Place is super dirty all employees are really rude. The absolute worst Chipotle experience. Fire the manager and Close that place to try and salvage the name. Best advice don’t go here.
It's very frustrating to go to a business that is clearly open to be told they're only taking online orders. I think they do this so they can skimp on the food because I see no other reason for this.

Went out of my way to grab lunch before work, they told me they’re taking online orders only. I see why Chipotle is doing so bad. I counted 7 workers. Nobody can dish out walk in customers? At least 5 walk-in customers had to turn around while i was there. This location is always a hassle. Parking is horrible. Delivery drivers double parked everywhere blocking people in. Always out of something (forks, napkins, ice). Everything else is priority besides the walk in customer. The food counter is always empty or out of something. Don’t waste your time going here unless you like frustration.

Worst location to go to , charged for a steak bowl instead of chicken because I asked for some steak but main protein was chicken. Girls working on there phones texting while ringing up customers. SMH just ghetto all around. Customer service doesn’t exist here!!!
