I came in around 11 ish noon got a cinnamon roll upon walking in. There were many flies. The door was wide open, after walking up he said you can pick any one , while preparing to serve me. A fly landed on one of the cinnamon rolls I was upset and he said well not that one who knows how many flies got to those rolls the cashier was not even close to them when I walked in

I always have a great experience when I come here. The guys working today were very friendly and the service was quick. When you’re hot and tired… The last thing you want to do is spend your money in an establishment that doesn’t deserve it! The strawberry lemonade is good btw.

I have been to this location a few times and everytime I'm in there the person waiting on the walk-in customers is rude. There have been times when I've walked in there to order a pretzel and the pretzel was burnt. A lot of the pretzel options in there tonight were burnt as well.Tonight I walked in looking for a classic "cinnabon" and I had to wait for them to come out of the oven, which is no problem. I Left and returned shortly after and the same young lady at the counter swore she heard me say a "cinnamon", which I did not, I said "cinnabon" and she automatically gave me a cinnamon sugar pretzel.The issue isn't that she misheard me, the issue is that her attitude caused her to give me a cinnabon at the price of a cinnamon pretzel, because as soon as I swipe my card for what I thought was a cinnabon, but was actually a pretzel, the system had to be rebooted. She was not able to cancel the pretzel order and correctly input the cinnabon order so now the store lost money because she did not confirm with me that I meant "cinnabon" instead of "cinnamon" (seeing as how there are multiple "cinnamon" options she automatically gave me the pretzel thinking that's what I wanted when there are pretzel nuggets as well).

I walk in there look at the menu and than at the corner of my eyes is just 2 girls employees typing away focus on there phones there 3 employees in total plus the guy who’s doing all the work placing the order so I order a 4 pack I go home just to find out the pack box not tape down and I heat them up as I bite into them they fall apart like they were sitting in there collecting air only soft part was the middle after he added more icing on the 4 pack worst Cinnabon I ever had I rather hit up center city as I should’ve

Honestly depends on when you go. Sometimes the Cinnabons are perfect sometimes they’re small and not that great. Place seems understaffed and it’s a little ghetto. I wouldn’t go out of my way to go here but if you’re in the area already and want a pretzel or a Cinnabon it might be worth stopping in. The one in the Gallery is considerably better.
Disgusting. Cold and very little icing and they had NO ICING to add or sell. I had to buy this little cream he said would work and it's gross. I will not be back. Filing a complaint with corporate also as they need to know. I'll drive to kop if i want one.

Went to the downtown Philly store in Dec. '19 & again in Aug. '23 - same cleanliness, fantastic customer service, same delicious cinnamon rolls! OUTSTANDING CLEANLINESS, FOOD AND SERVICE Don't change a thing!

I ordered through Grubhub. The Cinnabons look old and burnt. Icing is more like a glaze because it’s old and burnt. Y’all are charging damn near $8 a pop to give people things that are disgusting. Do better. This is ridiculous.

I was there today and my cinnabun was very dry nothing like I'm used to. Very disappointing. Date 8/31/2023. Thought it was a one time thing but my daughter went Saturday 9/2/2023 and she said it was dry. So yeah I'm done.
