Originally my review of Civeras was 4 stars because I’m a bitchy customer who wanted her toppings on the top of the sandwich and not the bottom. People of Civeras, you guys will always be in the grace of the sandwich gods. The food industry is ruthless because whiny customers like me criticize stuff online.
Well today is different. Having made the classic Rabe, Roasted , Sharp for many years at many different establishments, I can say hands down, YOURS IS THE BEST!!!

Civeras - I love you guys. Great service and food. Can I impart some feedback on the chicken cheesesteak hoagie? - Lettuce and Tomato on the top of the sammy - on the bottom? Kinda weird guys. Fixins are always on the top!

Thank you Civeras. My wedding was on January 25th of this year. We had a wedding party of about 30 people. We ordered a cold cut tray with salads. Everything was beautifully prepared and fresh. The bread has to have an honorable mention, it was delicious.
