Outstanding meal and customer service. The manager and staff at this location are awesome. We had the bacon cheeseburger platter and chicken salad platter, both were Outstanding!! The fries were crispy and fantastic. Our server Jenny had the greatest personality and is definitely an asset to this restaurant. Well done Everyone!! Keep up the great work. It is noticed.

Shout out to whoever manages and the employees at Cocco’s Primos! We ordered delivery tonight. We ordered a large pizza, chicken cheesesteak, wings and cheese fries. Our order came a little over an hour later. I met the guy in the street, opened the bag to make sure it was in there (obviously didn’t open the food completely yet) and I gave the delivery driver cash and went inside. We received a cheesesteak with sweet peppers, a pizza burger and fries. That was not our order but I called, the manager got on the phone and apologized and made us a fresh order along with a free pizza and soda within 25 minutes. Kudos for accepting a mistake and making it right for a loyal customer. You guys rock! Thank you again.

THIS LOCATION DOES NOT DELIVER - Usually love Coco’s but we ordered a pizza online for delivery - and the delivery time kept getting pushed back. When we called Coco’s they said they deliver through DoorDash and a driver hasn’t been assigned for the order, and the restaurant itself doesn’t deliver? Tbh I don’t know why they deliver through DoorDash if it’s that unreliable. Then I had to get a refund through DoorDash. Hope they figure out a better system for delivery.

Horrible service everytime I order from here. Order is always wrong. I ordered 2 cheesesteaks and a chicken cheesesteak with mozzarella sticks. When my father went to pick it up they tried to give him 2 pizzas. The takeout counter does not listen at all. Then when they sent the new order home we got 2 chicken cheesesteaks and one cheesesteak with ice cold mozzarella sticks. Thanks for a genuinely terrible experience. Will not be ordering from here again.

The amount of times I've been ignored or left standing there is unbelievable, I understand it might happen once but I've been straight up ignored so many times or I pay for my food and they don't even bother checking to see if my food is ready which it always is .
