I work local to this establishment we have order here for years, however over the past couple of years this location service has gone downhill I always have second thoughts ordering. But today I gave them the benefit of the doubt and long and be hold the disappointment is still there. I should have know when the person that answered said is this Jenifer welcome back because we haven’t ordered in while since last time our pizza was destroyed. I order a small pizza and when it arrived it wasn’t cut properly and my thought is that they rushed. And the end result shows they don’t take pride in what they are serving to their customers. Picture shows this pizza was rushed and almost forgot about as some edges are burnt. Don’t think we will give them another shot.

Your fries are store bought crinkle cut, the cheesesteak has half as much meat as any other place I've gone to and the absolute smell in that place made me physically ill.

First time coming here in about 10 years. My takeout order was messed up, but the pizza is amazing: not very greasy and has a great sweet red sauce so it’s whatever still loved the meal.

The pizza is nice, the staff are friendly But the store stinks ?. It smells like nobody is taking a shower before coming to work. The place needs a good scrub, the black carpets are looking horrible and you can tell how long it’s been since they mopped or cleaned the place. Won’t be coming back unfortunately. If the front is dirty! Imagine what the back where the food is made is like. Just saying

Super poor customer service, young, unskilled workers, dirty store (smells horrible walking inside, and my son saw a mouse run under the gumball machine on our way out) absurd pricing (jus shy of $30 for two personal pizzas and a soda is ridiculous) not to mention it took over 30 mins to get our pizza, and low and behold it was extremely undercooked and unsatisfying (try cleaning the decks in your oven The chemical smell from burn on the stone over time is being left on the pizza). Item availability seems to be at their whim..... I usually order delivery, and have had minimal issue in the past, but this visit was the last straw. We feel extremely disrespected at the level of service given and the quality of the product is not worth our hard earned money...which will be better spent elsewhere. Customers are earned, not a given....
Good luck gang.

The place itself is nice. Well lit and conveniently located. But the pizza itself does not taste very good. It’s got a bland crust with no seasoning or flavor. The sauce doesn’t really taste like tomatoes, and kind of sweet. It almost tastes like you’d imagine tomato soda would taste like. But they give you your food quickly and do service with the bowling alley across the street so if you don’t mind the pizza being mid it’s probably worth it.

We just moved to the area and this is our favorite pizza spot we’ve ordered from yet! Highly recommend the upside-down pie.
