Domino's Pizza at the 69th Street location is recognized for its consistent food quality, especially the pizza. Many customers appreciate the friendly staff and quick delivery service. However, there are still concerns about customer service, which often lacks attentiveness and friendliness. Some reviews mention that the dining area could use more cleanliness. A notable issue raised is the high price of sodas, with over $4 for a 2-liter being considered excessive. Despite these criticisms, loyal customers continue to enjoy the food, but the overall experience shows room for improvement.
