For the 2nd time this week I was in the store and overheard someone having difficulties because the staff cannot understand the customers. Don't get me wrong, Im all about diversity and everyone deserves a job but please stop putting people at the counter who cannot understand the simplest questions. Someone was only asking if they were getting more of the maple donuts and the bangladeshi guy couldn't understand and just kept repeating the mans order. My next issue is why Im paying $6 for a Large Latte that has 3 oz of liquid and 13oz of froth in a 20oz cup? Finally, my hash browns were mushy on the outside and cold in the middle

I was given a day old or 2-day-old sesame bagel. They need to stop saving whole bagels for the next day.
Good location, I use the app on my phone on my way out the door for work and my order is ready to go.Only problems I have1. You can't use the app on weekend mornings for some reason2. The coffee cups are always leaking, not good

When I walked in, there was an elder woman with a walker entering. She went to the counter where two employees were standing in front of the 2 registers. There was a chick with her daughter that they were waiting to see what kind of donuts the Lil girl might want. The elder lady asked for a sandwich, and one of the employees looked at her and said, "She'll help her when she's done with the Lil girl". 2 employees actually made her stand there while they fed the child a bunch of "samples". As she ran around, feeling like the privileged princess she was. I couldn't believe my eyes. Not wanting to embarrass the lady, I asked why it takes 2 people to wait on 1 person and expressed that I also was waiting n line, and they are located next door to a MRI facility that sometimes,people come here after not eating in the Morning to have testing!Enough words they were disrespectful. And I took my money ELSEWHERE! ?

This is the cleanest Dunkin’ Donuts that stay stocked in the morning and fresh this is the best Dunkin in Upper Darby so far, and they don’t have attitudes at the front like we wasting they time looking at the menu. I recommend to come. My husband and I come on his days off and that is our morning walk routine.
