The workers are very friendly, but I did witness something concerning during one of my visits. A staff member used the same gloves to handle hot food, take money, and then pick up my donuts. I chose to eat in, and later saw the same person using those gloves to mop the floor. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. More training on proper hygiene practices is definitely needed. If this is what’s happening in plain sight, I can’t help but wonder what’s happening behind the scenes.

I shouldn't say this too loudly but...rushing every morning to get Dunkin and be on time for work is hard enough - add the density of the Philadelphia region, people rushing and rude and sometimes a Dunkin parking lot can mirror one of Donte's Levels of Hell. However, last year I found this magical Dunkin Donuts. It was the morning rush, and here's a Dunkin with no drive-thru on a busy Pike, yet somehow most mornings it is not insanely crowded and always operates smoothly.
But this isn't what makes this Dunkin Donuts awesomely different. Those that work at this Dunkin are super kind and amazingly hard working. The shop is always sparking clean and the employees are beyond helpful, polite, courteous and cool :)
So just wanted to say thank you very much. I may not know names but seeing the same smiling faces every morning is a nice way to start the work day. So thank you so much for everything!

For the 2nd time this week I was in the store and overheard someone having difficulties because the staff cannot understand the customers. Don't get me wrong, Im all about diversity and everyone deserves a job but please stop putting people at the counter who cannot understand the simplest questions. Someone was only asking if they were getting more of the maple donuts and the bangladeshi guy couldn't understand and just kept repeating the mans order. My next issue is why Im paying $6 for a Large Latte that has 3 oz of liquid and 13oz of froth in a 20oz cup? Finally, my hash browns were mushy on the outside and cold in the middle

You're prices are outrageous. The entire company has lost me as a customer. $5.18 for a medium iced coffee is ridiculous. Price-gouging must end.

The owner is very helpful when my organization purchases gift cards. Some stores make me feel as I am inconvenience them.
Decent service however their muffins are always stale and seem days old.
