Dunkin'

I did a mobile purchase and picked it up at the drive thru. I don’t typically go to this DD but it was on my way to an appointment. My latte tasted like pure milk and the English muffin from my sandwich was stale. Disgusting and disappointing.

Customer service is horrible, I try too many times , can't do it anymore.. Bad bad customer service ...

No matter what they will never make your food/drinks right. They’ll forget simple things like sugar topping or cold foam on your drinks that is supposed to come with it. I always have to correct them when the sticker on the actual cup tells them the ingredients. Seems like they just don’t care and they give you what they want. I don’t work there I shouldn’t have to correct a worker on the standard of the drink I paid for!

Ordered a dozen donuts via Doordash at 9am. All my do it's were old and stale.

I thought it would improve but it hasn’t. Employees are very rude. The lady has her husband sitting in the lobby alll day every day and he’s so creepy and stares at the school girls. It’s so creepy. Then I saw they closed at 8 pm tonight and I thought what the heck I’ll get a coffee & donuts for desert for my kids. Well they close at 5:30. Then I asked thru the drive window and she said that’s HER rules she doesn’t care what it says and since I don’t have a car I don’t have service. Wow.

My visit, deli customer my visit every time I come to the store it’s horrible they unprofessional and they give you basically what they want to give you I have not received my order not only was my food code, but only thing I have received was a coffee that I had got part while he was handing it to me

I done gave this location too many chances, I ordered breakfast sandwhiches in which the bread on both were stale, I knew the bread was old when I noticed a little bit of mold on the bagel. Ordered donuts I opened the box it look like someone took there finger and scraped some icing off..I’m done with this store

I was debating leaving a review. But my recent experiences seem to have been the same as many others. The employees are just rude, talking for a few minutes while never even acknowledging me. They seem to lack common courtesy, not saying anything but a couple words with a poor attitude. The food is nothing like the other Dunkin s, either cold or coffee tasting watered down. How about, hello, can I help you, even a THANK YOU. Have a good day!

Food is sometimes cold, they don't usually say much not even a your welcome i never get that i want to come back to this place feeling. The only reason i even go there which is rare is because its on the way to church.

Dirty tables. Staff going from drive thru to counter not washing hands once. No gloves.

This place needs new tables, & chairs if they still plan on having indoor seating. Those tables are dangerous, the way they swivel back & forth. I almost lost a cup of hot coffee to a table that leaned to one side as I sat my cup down. The stores a bit dingy, & could use a touch up. The staff seemed moderately friendly. They weren't going outta their way to greet me first.

Parking: There is plenty of parking, but you have to make sure you don't park in a dedicated court employees spot. Theirs a district court next door.

Gave me a donut that was incredibly stale — very likely from the previous day’s batch — and an iced coffee made with spoiled (rancid, it tasted like) creamer

I've gone to this location a few times. The times I've gone the donuts are fresh and they get the order right when I buy a breakfast sandwich. Today I bought 2 donuts, a glaze and jelly donut. The jelly donut was stale to the point of being hard. Clearly left over from the day before and they got both breakfast sandwich orders wrong I bought. I can forgive the wrong breakfast order seeing there is a language barrier. But the stale donut is unforgiveable. That's intentional. They are selling stale donuts from the day before to customers just to save a few dollars. I've notice that some of the locations of Dunkin Donuts sell stale donuts. Unfortunately this one of those locations. Wont be going to this location any more.

The staff there are really nice. I go there every morning.
