They are so rude to costumer and barely understand what you are saying. They have talked to me badly like three times and I’m not going anymore I usually go there cause it’s not far from my school and workplace but never again. Very poor costumer service

The employees are rude. They talk bad about you in their own language and will laugh at you!!
Expect your food and drinks to always be incorrect and if you ask them to fix it, they'll have an attitude or they'll tell you that they won't remake it even if you pay your money for them to get it right they don't care.
Customer service hotline doesn't even work. They will tell you falsely that you should call customer service if you want your money back knowing that they will never answer.

The worst place to order. They always make the order wrong and have a bad attitude. And if that wasn't enough, they charge you too much for the orders. For example. In the app a butter croissant costs $3.34 and in the window they wanted to charge me $4.09 and I asked them why they charged me more and they didn't want to tell me. In the end they had to give me the price of the app. Be careful and look at your orders

after I slipped my iced Matcha latte, it tasted like expired milk was in it.

I did a mobile purchase and picked it up at the drive thru. I don’t typically go to this DD but it was on my way to an appointment. My latte tasted like pure milk and the English muffin from my sandwich was stale. Disgusting and disappointing.

Customer service is horrible, I try too many times , can't do it anymore.. Bad bad customer service ...

No matter what they will never make your food/drinks right. They’ll forget simple things like sugar topping or cold foam on your drinks that is supposed to come with it. I always have to correct them when the sticker on the actual cup tells them the ingredients. Seems like they just don’t care and they give you what they want. I don’t work there I shouldn’t have to correct a worker on the standard of the drink I paid for!

I thought it would improve but it hasn’t. Employees are very rude. The lady has her husband sitting in the lobby alll day every day and he’s so creepy and stares at the school girls. It’s so creepy. Then I saw they closed at 8 pm tonight and I thought what the heck I’ll get a coffee & donuts for desert for my kids. Well they close at 5:30. Then I asked thru the drive window and she said that’s HER rules she doesn’t care what it says and since I don’t have a car I don’t have service. Wow.

My visit, deli customer my visit every time I come to the store it’s horrible they unprofessional and they give you basically what they want to give you I have not received my order not only was my food code, but only thing I have received was a coffee that I had got part while he was handing it to me

I done gave this location too many chances, I ordered breakfast sandwhiches in which the bread on both were stale, I knew the bread was old when I noticed a little bit of mold on the bagel. Ordered donuts I opened the box it look like someone took there finger and scraped some icing off..I’m done with this store

I was debating leaving a review. But my recent experiences seem to have been the same as many others. The employees are just rude, talking for a few minutes while never even acknowledging me. They seem to lack common courtesy, not saying anything but a couple words with a poor attitude. The food is nothing like the other Dunkin s, either cold or coffee tasting watered down. How about, hello, can I help you, even a THANK YOU. Have a good day!

Food is sometimes cold, they don't usually say much not even a your welcome i never get that i want to come back to this place feeling. The only reason i even go there which is rare is because its on the way to church.
