This literally has to be the Worst DD in the city. Every time I go, my order is always messed up. I.E donuts look & taste old. The coffee is either watered down or brunt. Its horrible & needs new management.

This place never fails to find a way to skimp out on the items they give you. I’ve ordered a drink with coconut milk and they didn’t add it. I’ve order a large latte and they gave me a medium. You order coffee it’s basically water with a dash of cream and sugar barely hot and barely full.

I typically enjoy going to Dunkin' Donuts, but this particular location might make me reconsider. Every time I've ordered from here, I've had some sort of issue. Most recently, I ordered a dozen donuts that looked and tasted old. Additionally, even though the donut type I wanted was available on the mobile app, it wasn't available at this location.

Probably one of the worst locations I’ve been too they never add sugar went everyday at one point and they never put any in an when you ask they get an attitude like you did something wrong and there sandwiches are basically just warm I know the “morning rush” or whatever but lack of service is crazy if I could give them 0 stars I wouldn’t waste my time coming here
Doughnuts and other food aren't bad, but selection is limited. I was a little annoyed that there was no milk at this location. Customer service is adequate, but not great. Prices are high, even for doughnuts and water. Prices are more the government's fault, but there are no 2 for 1 discounts, or meal deal discounts. No Groupon discounts either. I like Krispy Kreme better, as far as doughnuts, pricing and customer service.

it was horrible I had an iced coffee and it had no sugar no ice no caramel and it tasted water down when I asked for a iced coffee they gave me a hot coffee and I had to re ask them and then they got it right and when i tasted it it had no sugar or caramel or barely any cream I will never get dunkin from this location again and I LOVE dunkin, this is not the first time they messed up my drink.

While the service was fine, the grilled cheese sandwich at almost 6.00 was extremely disappointing. You receive two slices of thick bread, but a sliver of cheese. I think there may have been a slice between the bread. I will continue to buy coffee but not food - not worth it.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. If you place a mobile order, be sure to know your order # bc giving your name apparently is not enough. Mobile ordered an ice coffee and a lemon loaf ($3.59) they were out- fine. Can I get 2 donuts instead? Women tried to argue that I can only get 1 ($1.40), how does that even make sense? Don't recommend. Would never come here again.Would def recommend the DD by UDHS- friendly staff and always makes everything right.
