Worst Dunkin’ Donuts in history. They got my order wrong and was yelling at me and very belligerent The order was completely made incorrectly I was in a hurry to work and didn’t have time to argue I still didn’t get a refund after I called there corporate. Terrible service and terrible atmosphere

My orders are usually correct, but expect to wait if you placed an online order. They simply do not acknowledge you and pile up orders behind the counter. You have to assert yourself to get your order. I don't like doing that, but it was a bit ridiculous. This has happened multiple times now, with a variety of staff.
Ok. This location isn’t actually that bad. The one guy who was working there was chill. Yes, it is dirty, but inside there is a sign that states they are understaffed and since they are understaffed that’s why it may take a bit for a sandwich or something else to be prepared or that there aren’t doughnuts available right away. It’s really sad. Even though Dunkin Donuts is a big chain these locations should be considered as other local businesses. If you want these places to get better you’ll have to support them more often.

By far worse experience i’ve had. Will be taking this with corporate after i leave this review. I live around the corner and i came a total of 3 times first 2 i let it slide but 3 times the same stuff keeps happening it’s definitely no excuse. ordered my food and drink & didnt get my until 43 minutes ago swear. wasn’t rush hour either, the young lady making everyone’s food was taking 10 minutes per sandwich kid you not. if the food business isn’t for you then it’s best you get out and find a new place of employment. Totally unprofessional & disgusting. All that waiting and my 1 singular sandwich was still made wrong and hash browns were undercooked?? not worth coming here. will travel a little bit further to another dunkin. don’t come here unless you want to wait an hour for your food and drink. (just for it to come out disgusting and wrong anyways)
