I have been coming to this Dunkin’ location for many years. Priya here at this place is always wonderful and gives exceptional customer service. The rest of the crew is amazing also, they are always patiently dealing with each customer. Thank you Priya!!

This Indian lady rolled her eyes and had a nasty attitude because my coffee was watery and tasted burnt mind you this is iced coffee she calls her manager and she begins to yell at me and ask tell me you can get your money back other then that it’s nothing I can do I said can you add some more liquid sugar she grabs my cup pumps the stuff all over the top of my lid at first I thought it was spit because it was clear. Both of your rude Indian ladies tried to ruin my day instead I will let the world know don’t come to this location if you wanna be served with attitude while spending money never again

Horrible service…...The young lady definitely gave my fiancé a nasty attitude……as I came in to use the restroom the woman was screaming the order out and not acknowledging my fiancés concerns about fixing her order……..The service here needs major improvements……

I just left out this store where an older African american man named Graham with a special needs child purchased coffee and food then asked to use the bathroom to which another woman had just exited 1 minute earlier. I saw her buzz this woman into the bathroom also. As for when the man asked she said NO just flat out NO saying his child wasn't allowed to use the bathroom. Graham asked for a manager she was working alone in the store and did not seem to know what she was doing. I suggested to Graham that he get his money back which he did. This happened between 4 and 430 pm on September 24th 2025.
I got the mans name and number and I think that the DUNKIN DONUTS Corprate office should move swiftly to remedy this situation.

Been to over 150 Dunkin Donuts locations in 12 states and this is without a doubt the WORST one ever.
Coffee has no taste, like it was filtered with a dirty dish rag.
They couldn’t pack more ice in an iced coffee if they tried. I poured it into a measuring cup and for a large iced coffee I had ordered I got 6 oz of actual coffee and the rest of the cup was ice.

Just absolutely terrible lady made my drink completely wrong and refused me a refund the Sabrina Daydream Refresher looks nothing like this… give me my money back. I’ll be reporting this store if otherwise I have the receipt.

I love Dunkin’ Donuts but this store unfortunately is the worst one, I going to start with the employee Priya. Last week I went into the store with my client who’s a senior citizen. We ordered like 2 sandwiches, six orders of hash browns and a bagel with cream cheese. She put all of these items into one tiny bag which was ripping. My client asked for another bag and priya threw it at her. I said something to her because I felt it was unnecessary to throw anything at a senior citizen , she kept saying it was just a bag but I expressed to her that it was wrong and shouldn’t have been done. She didn’t apologize she just walked away and took the next customer. I did not drag it because I figured she might’ve just been having a bad day. However today I went into there to order food. She slammed my change in my hand and it wasn’t even the correct amount . I was supposed to get 98 cent back and she only gave me 90 then rolled her eyes. I didn’t say anything because again I’m assuming maybe she having another bad day. But honestly I’m nervous to go back because it kinda feels like she targeting me because of her throwing the bag at a senior citizen . On top of that they smashed my hash browns. So yeah do go there guys!
