HE wasn't welcoming in friendly the young kid behind the register was so rude he barley wanted to hand me my change. I said goodmorning he didn't respond. HE NEED PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE OF TREATING EVERYONE THAT PATRINIZE THE BUSINESS WITH RESPECT

I was told by the cashier that all businesses on 69th Street prohibit customers from using their restrooms after 1pm when I asked to use it. That seems unreasonable—especially for a place that serves food and drinks. I came in looking presentable and respectful, so I’m not sure what the issue was. What exactly happens after 1pm—does the Boogeyman come out?

Lady burned my hash browns and argued with me that they weren't burned. Made a complaint and the manager called them, all of a sudden they're sorry and super considerate of my needs. Ridiculous.

Very ignorant workers, including management the store is very dirty and they don’t know how to treat or talk to their customers. All employees should be fired.
The donuts are stale and the powdered cream filled donuts taste like some kind of strange chemical has been added. If you don't have all day to wait, go to WAW instead.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts in history. They got my order wrong and was yelling at me and very belligerent The order was completely made incorrectly I was in a hurry to work and didn’t have time to argue I still didn’t get a refund after I called there corporate. Terrible service and terrible atmosphere
