My favorite cafe and I’m sad it closed. Does anyone know how they made their gourmet cheese? My family and I have been missing them and I want to re-create them this holiday season. Any idea on the spread and cheeses that were used? I apologize if this is out of line to ask - just really miss our favorite grilled cheese sandwich!
Mom & Pop owned café that has been at this location for awhile (like 10 years if I remember them telling me). Good for coffee drinks and breakfast fare. I myself got a simple Sausage Egg & Cheese on a plain bagel (they had other options)

This cute little coffee shop in this location is like a paradise. All the food is amazing every time. The staff is very attentive while ordering over the phone. There’s plenty of seats and outlets to do any work on laptops, real coffee shop vibes. It is a favorite spot of mine in this area.
