I had a really disappointing experience at IHOP. My food was delivered over an hour late, and when it finally arrived, it was burnt and unappetizing. They also ran out of eggs, which is pretty basic for a breakfast place! On top of that, the communication was terrible, and the staff seemed unorganized and unprofessional. Overall, it was a frustrating and unpleasant experience.

Service was fine we had a party of 12 and our server did well. Only thing was the ice had mold(?) I think in it. Really gross and put me off. Our baby almost drank it. I wish I got a picture but when the ice melted it had things floating all in the water.

The lobby had a terrible smell when you walk in. I was told the restaurant does not have decaf coffee 😡 Our food came out separately. Will not be coming here again.
The food is great and the staff is pleasantly professional. And the wait for meal service is approximately 15 minutes. Four stars because during my last visit the location was having plumbing issues and inside the lobby there was an offensive odor. I hope they remedied that issued by now which was 3 weeks ago, early September 2025. The food is fresh, cooked to order and plentiful.

This restaurant is DISGUSTING if I could give NO stars i would,your feet stuck to the floor walking in,tue table was sticky and the place smelled so bad WE LEFT...I refused to even get a drink in there it was so gross, the management and owner should be ashamed!!!!
