Omg ..why isn't this location shut down....is wreeks of a pop smell..I mean what food business has an essential oil mist burner on at the front desk,,, there trying to mask the feces smell ..I've been picking up orders from this store for a few years an I'm at awe that folks are really that desperate to eat here... On top of how dirty an rough there furniture looks ..it's horribly disgusting...how do u not loose your appetite..EWWW..I believe there pipes are clogged up .an their too cheap to replace/ upgrade them..it's the same smell that the 40th St McDonald's had everytime I went in there as well .it was so bad .they finally got shut down an in the process of replacing the entire building...this IHOP NEEDS TO GO .

Food is consistent as usual. But service wasn't good. Had to ask for utensils multiple times. Never gotten my water refilled till I was getting up to pay.

I tried to call in an order and was on hold for over 15 minutes. I had to order on another app. Maybe it was busy in the restaurant? When I arrived at the restaurant, only one customer was seated there. There is no excuse for the long wait—horrible service.

The staff was pleasant for the most part but the place was extremely run-down. Probably not be returning.

The servers was great brought everything out in a timely manner. I ordered the unlimited pancakes as well as the chicken and biscuit and fruit on the side. It wasn’t until I open my fruit and there was a roach in it. She finally took it back and apologize.

From the outside it doesn't look like much however my food was delicious down to the last drop!? My waitress Alexis was beautiful.? Her service was welcoming.??
