the dude answering the phone was RUDE. he yelled at me CASH ONLY then hung up on me. I could have paid cash. he didn't listen. he just yelled and hung up after taking my order. literally all I asked was if they took credit cards. the guy has anger issues and obviously doesn't care about his customers.
we ordered from there growing up all the time... it's ashame.
I don’t ever write bad reviews, but I was so turned off the last two times we ordered. Imperial has been my favorite pizza since I was little! It still is my favorite, but I’m discouraged and don’t think I’ll be ordering anytime in the near future! We ordered last Saturday and I will say it was pretty late like 12:15 am? Imperial Pizza is a compact, no-frills, cash-only throwback. The pizza is absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, and made with fresh ingredients. It is the go to pizza spot, especially for late nights, and easily the most affordable for a bunch of pies for a party. Their pepperoni sausage is unmatched, with sausage crumbles that set it apart. The bottom of the crust is different from any other pizza, made with cornmeal for a "sandy" quality. The Cheesesteak is also one of the best, with great flavor and plenty of meat on a great roll. It is a classic basic pizza shop with a simple menu of pizza, steaks, and grinders. They are extremely consistent. While parking can be dodgy, pick up is extremely quick. The amazing price and great taste make it worth it. Many consider it a Delco best for its good, simple food.
