Their always respectful as well as prompt when ordering your food over the phone, when you get there it's done. Also they make your food exactly how you ask for it. Ken and Yudy have become very aware/learned their guests, and even know majority of the orders as these guest are usually. I only have one suggestion, that Yudy and Ken wear hair nets along with their children when they're behind the counter.

My family and I love this store in our neighborhood! It’s much better than the store that used to be there. The staff knows my family by name and is super friendly every time we shop. They have a good variety of cold and hot foods. We’ve never purchased anything bad from them.

Yodi and Ken offer good customer service the hoagies are delicious and they try to know their customers on a first name basis not just take your money ?
I visited this store for the first time today. I got a large turkey hoagie and it was only $7!! It was gigantic and full of fresh quality meat and all the veggies were crisp and fresh. Even the roll was fresh and delicious. It was the most delicious turkey hoagie I ever had. You can tell they put a lot of thought and care into making their sandwiches. Staff was very friendly as well . Definitely coming back!

I was away from Upper Darby for two Weeks, I really missed the convenience and great food made at Ken's. You would think a place with so many farms had a half decent egg and cheese sandwich. Boy I've missed Ken!
