How you mess up a salad? i will never know. A lump of cheese just waiting in the middle of the salad i kept chewing on chicken skin the chicken had a very nasty after taste money well waisted never again

I usually order pizza from Keystone at least once a week. I have a big family so I spend at least $100 minimum. I USUALLY have a great experience but today the pizza didn't even look like it normally does. I called and explained that there was simply too much cheese added (to the point where we didn't want to eat it) and the manager of the store was extremely dismissive and rude. I even offered to bring the pizza (which was delivered) all the way to the store. However, they insisted that there was nothing wrong. Rather than argue with them, they have simply lost a once loyal customer. I will have to find a new pizza spot for my family. Food costs too much this day in age to accept poor quality and even poorer customer service. I'm extremely disappointed.

This is one of my fav pizza spots. Great service and great food! However, the sausage I got tonight was DISGUSTING. We didn’t get the sausage that usually comes on the pizza. These little sausages ruined the whole pie🫤

Their food is pretty average in terms of a pizzeria. The prices are pretty average as well. What they really do good is that they are one of the fastest in the area. You will not be waiting for very long for delivery.

Ordered a Cheese Pizza (Small) and it looked so good I almost let my kids starve. Then I opened the container with the chicken 10 Wings and the smell of the Lemon Pepper 10 Wings gave me butterflies and taste like they were touched by the grace of God. The Cheesesteak Wrap was hands down made with love. I could taste every ingredient boasting with flavor and with every bite it hugged my soul. Curly Fries are alright. For a spiritual experience order 10 Wings

I have been ordering from Keystone for years now between both places I have lived in overbrook. The only neighborhood fast food place I trust to order from. Last week I ordered a turkey hoagie. It was good as usual but I noticed the bread was not fresh. That has never happened. I called and spoke to the owner. He was very apologetic and offered to send another hoagie out immediately. I told him it was ok because the sandwich was still good, so he gave me a credit for a turkey hoagie. I called back a week later and my credit was available. I really appreciate that Keystone accepts responsibility for any errors they make and care about their customers. I will continue to be a loyal customer for their quality food service.
Food wasn't as tasty from a year ago. Turkey Burger was a frozen patty. Nothing fresh about that. Cheese fries were soggy. Cheese wiz was salty as hell. The pizza, yeah, it was good, but my toppings were burnt, I asked for extra cheese, why y'all use cheddar for my extra cheese when I didn't request that. I ordered through Uber Eats on 12/13/2024. 70 dollars for food I had to warm up at home is ridiculous.

By now, we have to accept that all pizza places are NOT created equal. Keystone is a cut above the rest. They make consistently good pizza. I mention that because at other places you'll get one that's not so good here & there. Not here! Every single time, the pizza is good, tastes fresh, and flavorful. Not to mention, they're one of the few (very few) places with beef pepperoni. Don't waste your time with the other places.....

this is the 3rd time I order from this place either they don't deliver my food or they just don't sent me the right food. last day ordering from them even tho I love their food been ordering there since a young kid veryyy disappointed wish I could give a ZERO star right now
