Thank you mcdonald's for your five star service to me. The food that I ordered in the store was delicious; the food was hot, the juice was cold and nice, and the atmosphere was wonderful to me. And to all the workers at mcdonald's thank you for working so hard to make proper food. Thank you workers at mcdonald's my experience with you all was pure excellence.

I come here often to work upstairs or before taking the train into the city.. Clearly a newer team, but everyone truly cares. It does get busy, but they move fast and always helpful.

This was a very unpleasant visit. In the drive thru we gave very specific instructions. And they did the exact opposite. We ordered a number 1 meal medium with a sprite no pickles or onions and a number 3 with sprite1. The buns on my burger were so hard that my bf gave me one of his buns from his Big Mac so we wouldn’t have to drive back. 2. My burger didn’t have any toppings just cheese and meat. Not even no mustard or ketchup. 3. BOTH spriteS tasted like seltzer water 4. They gave us the wrong pies. We asked for 2 holiday pies and I guess they just gave what they had instead of telling us they either a. Didn’t have enough or b. Are sold out. Finally, the parking lot was super hectic due to the curbside pick up and delivery drivers which made it hard to maneuver as a drive thru customer. Definitely will NOT be back to this location. If I didn’t use cash I would have disputed the charge that’s how disappointed I am. Especially because there’s limited options due to the holiday

Rude employees. Order took too long. Food I paid for was supposed to come to my table. The server purposely walked passed my table with my order. I had to go to the counter for the cashier to defend the server's foolishness to say my order was called. Racism at it's finest.

The customer service wasn’t that great it took too long to take the orders. It took too long to move the cars along as they supposed to be efficiently if you have if you have a fast food restaurant and a chain, you’re supposed to move the cars along quickly as possible so that the next person in there will have to wait and burn gas. I mean it took me almost 20 to 20 minutes just to pull upand then once I pulled up it took me just no five minutes cause I had to wait until the person take my order, I don’t know what they was doing.

The staff in this establishment is very unprofessional, they need to know how to run the business correctly, I sat and waited for my order for about 20 minutes I asked how long it will take for my order after 15 minutes and I was told it depends on who's making it, which is very unprofessional orders should be made in the order they come in not how they feel like making them. Someone walked in 15 minutes after me in orderd and got their order 2 minutes later I then proceeded to ask again how long will my order take after being there for 20 minutes I was told again it depends on who's making it.

This is the worst McDonald you could visit, employees are unprofessional and they frequently misplace your order. I have visit this store multiple times drive through and walk-in. I don’t usually put reviews but after last night incident I had to come here and post a review. Last night I place two spicy chicken sandwiches and I only got one I realized it after I drive away. The workers were all hanging out and talking to people through drive through window like it’s their chatting time while I was waiting for my food in the car. I am seeing employee handshaking their buddy from street by drive through window and not wash hand or wear gloves they just went back to making food.
