I've found this place on Grubhub awhile back. Their food is good but they're terrible with fulfilling orders on both Grubhub and UberEats. They become available too late on Grubhub for breakfast menu (at 11:45 a.m.). They have partial menu on UberEats compared to Grubhub. I placed an order on UberEats and 20 minutes later, the restaurant cancelled my order. I could have ordered from another restaurant 15 minutes ago. This has happened at least twice before. If they keep this up, I won't bother ordering from them ever again. There's plenty of other breakfast places to give my money to. Update: Tried to order from Grubhub later, the driver went up to the restaurant and found out that they had closed after waiting an additional 20 minutes. I'm officially done with this place.

I think that the previous reviews hyped the place up for me. I wasn't that impressed when I eat there. Customer service was great. I placed an order over the phone, and the girl who took my order was nice enough to call me when it was ready for pick up. I ordered the chicken and waffles. Instead of the wings that are depicted in everyone else's photos, I ended up getting chicken tenders. It didn't seem as if the tenders were seasoned for being consumed with waffles. Not sure if this makes sense, but the chicken tasted like it belonged with spaghetti or french fries-- there was Italian type seasoning with a waffle. The bacon was decent, but it was literally one dollar per piece. I may return if there's nothing else in the area that catches my attention, and it was OK... But certainly not the hype that you would get from reading all of these reviews. I'm sure I would've thought differently if I didn't go in with my expectations so high.

Where to start!!! I happened to be at Upper Darby HS this morning doing a favor and decided to see what Yelp recommended near me. There were the usual (Tank and Libby's....Sabrina's....Kettle....etc), but I'm a common guy by nature and wanted to get back to my corner, neighborhood diner roots. All these fancy places starting me to talking with a Main Line accent when I grew up in New Castle.... lol.... This place showed up, and although there weren't many reviews, they were all excellent. Plus, looking at the pics, this was the vibe I was looking for. Walked in and was greeted by Patty and Marla. Within 5 minutes, they made me feel like a regular, when I had never even been there before. I ordered a cup of coffee while I checked out the menu. I NEVER would've expected such a great cup of coffee from a corner spot. It was worthy of La Colombe. For breakfast I decided to have the 2XL egg mixed grill. This included...... get this..... two scrambled eggs (i added cheese), home fries (I added peppers and onions), two slices of thick slab bacon, two pieces of sausage, two slices of ham, and one piece of scrapple and toast on the side....... All this...... for only $11.95. While I was eating this hearty, delicious meal, in walks the owner, Jason. Young man is doing the damn thing. Owns this diner and the mechanics shop across the street. Very personable. So many of our young black men are out there doing positive things like this and you don't hear about it. I'll tell you this. I live 40 minutes from here but I will support and promise to have my a** in one of those chairs at least once a month.

Mila's is the real deal! Best full breakfast place that i've had near Philly. The chicken and waffles might actually be the best i've ever had. Super hot, juicy, crunchy, sweet and savory. Truly a Delco staple. Their j*** salmon cheesesteak is surprisingly one if the best sammies i've ever had. I think they use provolone, and the j*** itself is sweeter than any i've had. J*** can be too salty, but Mila's is the oerfect balance between sweet, salty and savory. A treat for sure. Great food that isn't expensive. Call ahead- some waitresses are willing to bring it out curbside (since Covid and all). Make sure to bring tips, you need to give Mila's a try!

I just order takeout from here for the first time. I got the french toast with bacon, and a side of home fries. When i mean everything was amazing, i mean it! The food was some of the best breakfast i've had in a long time. The staff was so nice when i walked in to get the food, and they even gave me a free orange juice! It's a small local place, that looks cozy, and has great food. I will definitely be coming back again, and also recommending to everyone i know!

Brought the chicken and waffles, the chicken was fried to perfection. The Potatoes (home fires) were also tasty and well seasoned.

Had some french toast and scrambled eggs with cheese and it was legit delicious, perfectly cooked. The coffee was perfectly brewed. The atmosphere is like a traditional Cafe/diner. The waitress' attitude was cherry and welcoming. 10/10 recommend.

I just moved to the area and already know this will be a go to spot. My nephew found it online and we went for breakfast. They are honoring Covid rules. I ordered the salmon bagel which had a. I've portion of salmon and I added egg. I was pleasantly surprised to see the sandwich came with a side of home fries. These are not your regular dry flavorless home fries/potatoes.they had to be the best I've ever had, seriously good well seasoned and well cooked. My niece and nephew got the chicken and waffles with huge waffles and well seasoned and fried chicken. They cook to order so if you're in a rush get comfortable, it will be worth the wait. See y'all soon!!!

I have eaten in at Mila's Cafe several times recently and they are doing very well at protecting customers by spacing people out and maintaining distance themselves. I enjoyed an omelette one day, French Toast one day and a breakfast sandwich on two occasions. They were very accommodating to customize my order each time. Their coffee is, IMHO, fantastic! Also, their hash brown potatoes are seasoned especially well. I know they do a large takeout business as well and I highly recommend them for breakfast or lunch.

Today. We decided to visit a local breakfast place.. can I tell you that this food had me dancing in my seat.. i had chicken and waffles and my fiancé had sausage and cheese on wheat with home fries.. the waffle amazing by itself, but more amazing with the syrup, whip cream and butter- with its sidekick of chicken that was fried perfect and tasted soooo dang good.. the sausage cheese sandwich oozzzing with cheese and the home fries needs a standing ovation.. they was good as... well you have to just try yourself and be the judge. Hats off to the chef.. Now the customer service - I thought I was home with momma serving breakfast.. they catered and made sure we was ok and had everything we needed.. Highly recommended and I will be back again and again

I have eaten at Milas Cafe 5 times for breakfast within the last 2 months. It is the best breakfast I have had in the area. I feel the portions are generous and more importantly everything tastes great. Courteous service, nice when people say hello when you come through the door. This is a restaurant that deserves our community support.

So I found this cafe online surprisingly it's located around the corner from my house and I've never been here or noticed it for that matter. But anyway I ordered some breakfast and when I say this is the best breakfast I've even had from a Cafe. Not only is the food amazing the service matched as well, I'm telling EVERYONE ABOUT MILAS CAFE!!!!! P.S I'm not even done eating my food yet, I just had to stop eating and leave this review.

COVID-take out The 5 stars were very promising, but considering there were only 7 reviews, I'm always skeptical. They were still making my food when I arrived, and as the cook told me it would just be a minute, I saw him wrapping up the Thomas' bagels. So, needless to say I was quite disappointed to find out w all the great bagel bakeries in the area, that they would use that stuff. But, after diving into everything at home, the food wasn't bad. Lemon pepper wings were excellent, French toast was good, not too sweet. And the bacon egg and cheese, and the Lox bagel sandwiches weren't bad, but could have been great w a better bagel. Probably more of a 3.5 stars, but clearly this is a small mom and pop and could use some love now. You'll get a solid meal at a decent price!

I'm a truck driver from Chicago and I like to find the best food I can In any city I go to. So I end up at Milas because of all the great reviews. The food was great. The customer service was great. I was able to meet the owner who seemed like a genuinely good person and the staff was very friendly. I would strongly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a great meal and great service.
