The food reminds me of chipotle and I don’t like chipotle.. nice staff and all but food is no bueno

I visited Moe’s in Drexel Hill today (11/25/24) during the lunch rush and there was one employee behind the counter. He was fantastic and I want to make sure his professionalism did not go unnoticed. He greeted everyone who entered the restaurant, smiled while he greeted each person to take their order and prepared each order with care. I hope you read this and know that you are an asset to the company!

First time visiting Moe's, we enjoyed their protein rich dishes, everything was prepared & served fresh at this location. Our servers were very cordial.

Every time I go here they are late with my order, screw my order up, or both. After months I forget how bad this place is and order and immediately regret it. If you like items missing from your order, waiting forever for an order, and a dirty table this is the place for you

The food is good, but they're bad at replenishing ingredients that run out/low. They also don't like to fill the queso all the way up.

Ordered a stacker through DoorDash and that was the most disrespectful meal I’ve ever been served. Forgot the beans and barely any steak. On top of it being half empty the pieces of steak I did get are inedible trim pieces that are entirely fat. That is genuinely the worst steak I’ve ever eaten in my life

This place is a train wreck. Every time I order the order is wrong. Just made an order yesterday for 2 burritos, 2 kids quesadillas with chocolate chip cookies and apple juice with a bowl of queso. My wife picked up the order and took it home. No queso, no juices, no chocolate chip cookies. No salsa with the chips.

I called and demanded a full refund, which I received. Manager was nice, and understanding, but did try to tell me about call outs and short staffing. I get it, but there's been too many times of this happening and it can't all be attributed to call outs and short staffing.

I'm terrified to order Chipotle due to fear of food poisoning, and Taco Bell is garbage. Moe's was always the sweet spot, but I might just have to do without because now I'm seeing reviews saying the place is filthy.

We used to take the kids to this location about 1 time a month but over the last year it has gone down hill. The service was slow (we were the only people in the place) and they made mistakes, the food was atrocious. The food looked like it was left out for a while. Food was bland. I couldn’t really eat it. The place is NOT clean. The manager is not doing their job and the employees should be trained. I’ll never go back.

The food was just ok. Had to wait ethylene they made more but they were still out of ingredients. Who runs out of guacamole at a Mexican restaurant.

Workers were doin their best. But the food was inedible. Tables, floors, countertops, bathrooms were pretty dirty. The air conditioning wasn’t working and it was 96 degrees today. The workers were sweating all over the place, one seemed like he had heat stroke he had to start over with my burrito 3 times, poor guy. Seems like a management issue not a worker issue.

The staff is always a 10/10 they even became good friends I always appreciate Jermaine and Quin too they always looking out for a brother really a 10/10 overall would recommend to anyone in the area

First time and last time. This location is extremely dirty and all of the bins with food looked like the food was old. My husband and I both ended getting super sick after eating here.

This was our 4th time going to this Moe's location. The previous 3 times the food was reasonably OK; a notch above the quality we'd typically gotten from Qdoba. We had tacos, burritos, side orders of guacamole and queso. This time, the food was legitimately bad. Unreasonably salty; almost too salty to eat. Not just one type of item was overly salty...all of them were so salty that eating them was...unpleasant for everyone. I thought about going up to the counter and demanding a refund but we decided to just leave. After getting home, my mouth feels as it does after I've been swimming in the ocean all day (puckered), and I'm really, really thirsty. We won't be going back there. Ever.
