Since new management the only thing I’ve tried was the cheesesteaks. Used to be amazing, they got rid of the barnyard cheesesteak which was amazing. Now they are flavorless and small, very embarrassing to bring home to the family when standard use to be so high.

They got rid of a lot of food off the menu
Especially the Bruno salad plus a few other things
Going to loose some business
A pasta meal used to come with a small salad, dressing and garlic bread

NAPOLI IS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! My family and I ordered out from here and can't get over how OUTSTANDING the food is. General consensus is the gyros are the best we've had, and we've had quite a few. The pizza was great, generous toppings and not oily at all. And their marinara was exceptional. We keep trying to find something they're bad at and so far they have not disappointed. I wish I could post photos but the foods gone too quickly! I hope this place is around for a long long time!

Order never showed up, no call, nothing, really disappointed

No longer Italian owned it's now Albanian. Please order online. Go to pick up. They said no order placed . I paid in advance . I hade to go get my phone from home and prove order. Got back he said new owner's don't work with the online company anymore. Then told I would need to get money back from company. Walked out and 30 seconds later get a cancellation notice from online company requested by pizza place.

I just called to order at 9:18pm tonight and the person that took my order said it’ll be delivered in 20 minutes. Order never came. No one has yet to call me. I called them 3 times nothing but a voicemail. I’m highly disappointed and will never recommend anyone to get anything from this company. I had only $20 to feed me and my son tonight and they stole my money!! This is ridiculous.

Pizza was DELICIOUS! I will definitely be coming back. My new neighborhood pizza spot.

I ordered from here for the first time with no expectations but to have dinner. EVERYTHING I ordered was AMAZING and there was so much of it. It was packaged properly, it looked, smelled and TASTED wonderful. I will DEFINITELY order from here again!!! My family raved as did I. Thank you Napoli. They went above and beyond. Ordered through ubereats but didn’t get whole order. Called back and they came quickly with their own driver w the food free of charge.
