it really is a worthless restaurant. placed an order online, go over there to pick up and they claim they never got the order. yet my card was charged. they refused to resolve the issue and had to put a claim through my credit company. avoid this place like the plague.

I’ve ordered over 50 times and each time it’s hit or miss.Placed order on Slice.The location is 5 mins from my house…Took over an hour till the app said “Out for Delivery”Then it was , Out for delivery; for another hour. When i arrived, my pizza was STILL sitting on top of the oven.No Explanation, No apology - nothing.Just “here”When i returned home i had to waste another 15 mins. to get a refund.Past orders - depending on the staff they don’t read special requests or cannot read.Customer service is non-existent.I tried multiple times to give them a chance to make it right over the years.Not like i don’t tip 20% every time.Nor is it the driver’s fault.So $40 for mediocre food and horrible serviceIt would be different if i never managed a pizza shop, nor is it rocket science to read the order printed and deliver it.Figure it out or close the doors. There is nothing redeeming or anything special about Napoli. Just another low class, low budget, pride less pizza joint. Dime a dozen here in Delco.It’s ALWAYS an issue when i order.I’m finally done wasting my time and money.

Ordered takeout for the first time and was pretty disappointed. The penne ala vodka with sausage was extremely bland - it didn’t seem like a true vodka sauce, just Alfredo mixed with a little tomato sauce. No bacon as advertised. Sausage was tough and dry. The hot pork sandwich didn’t come with fries (again, as advertised on their website and doordash) and had American cheese instead of provolone (it was advertised as having provolone). The pork itself had zero seasoning and almost tasted rancid. The garlic bread was good but had a tiny sprinkle of cheese on 1 piece. We took a few bites and ended up throwing most of it away

Great portions, got the garlic bread which was good, the spaghetti and white clam sauce was pretty good. Needed to add more garlic and salt myself. But it was decent.

Welp. Napoli Pizza is off da list. After a couple meals ordered form Napoli by others, which I enjoyed, I ordered for myself. Order #1, via Slice, missed all the special requests. Like, package the meat separate from the salad. Cool fish arrived atop the warm salad... so, no sharing the salad with the vegetarian... and the Sicilian Pizza was "meh" at best. Soggy on the bottom with flavorless sauce. The eggplant grinder was also soggy.So... I gave em another try. Because, like I said, the two other meals I'd had from there were good.We gave a call after placing the order on line to make sure special instructions were followed.Okay... well... the fish was packaged in a different box from the salad, but still the hot box was in with the cold. This time the fish oils were all over the inside of the bag and the salad box. So, still no sharing with the vegetarian. The pizza was the opposite of soggy. It was dry as a gulch, with a homeopathic ammount of sauce. The calzone had the sauce on the side? Like... is that even a thing? And the sauce was, again, flavorless. Ok. Maybe I missed something in ordering? But THEN there was a TWIST TIE in the salad. Yeah... NOPE. Done

Went N 2 pick up a cheese pizza N WTH?... Was reprimanded by a Guy, apparently, U can't ORDER a "Tuesday pizza special " on TUESDAY online..U should come INSIDE and order it on WEDNESDAY!? NOT sure what it was about, but...I grabbed it and left.

I don’t recommend this restaurant. I ordered here one time and one time only when I lived up the street. I ordered a pepperoni pizza that didn’t have any pepperoni (how do you mess that up?) and when my girlfriend called the were unprofessional and disrespectful and showed up with a cup full of pepperonis and told me to put them on the pizza myself. Avoid Napoli Pizza.

I ordered the chicken parm grinder. It was great and the fries were perfect, they even tasted great reheated. Classic Italian pizzeria they have a lot of Italian desserts when you walk in. Person I spoke to up front was friendly. Food is reasonable priced. I will be back!

Just ordered on Uber Eats, very Good. The linquine and shrimp very good. They also sent me a pint of italian wedding soup instead of salad. Very good. My new found place to order. Thank you
Bad customer service. Gave me a pizza with all the cheese stuck to the lid and couldn't give me a proper refund for their mistake. I'll just go to one of the other 25 pizza places in the area that actually has good customer service and respect their customer.

My first time, I ordered Chicken Alfredo over fettuccine! I’d been a Grubhub delivery for them so many times. I had to see for myself what this place was about. Then Omg it was delicious! Most non Italia think that there’s to be this thick sauces to go over your pasta but if you know anything about Italy your sauce should be very consecutive with your pasta! Enough to taint your pasta and get the full flavor in every bite!!! I must say it was a bit excruciating to taste the real dish of chicken Alfredo!!!NAPOLI’S not to mention (I didn’t ask her for her name! I never got a word within edgewise) His Wife………His wife…… was very warming and just effin nice! She prepared me a wonderful desert of funnel cake dredged in finely ground sugar!! She offered me bread while I was waiting for my food. I actually got a five courses of a Nonna while I was waiting on the courses I actually ordered! I was in heaven. Not to mention she gave me directives to eat my desert before eating my dinner and secured me that it would be our secret❤️ I felt much of a bit at home! Not because I’m Italian but just because I was treated like family. That was most important to me. Very pleasant experience! Just imagine if I were a food critic? NAPOLI would defiantly be winning❤️❤️

do NOT give these people ur card over the phone. i ordered a caesar pizza which is 8 dollars on their pamplet, yet they told me over the phone it was $15 until i corrected them after i had suspicions of them overcharging me for a cheesesteak a week ago and they said it was 8 dollars. then i go on my bank account and see i was charged 18.29, even more than what they said i would be charged originally. and the caesar salad wasn't even good on top of that. i will be reporting this place for fraud for sure. do not order from here especially with your card.

We ordered a Greek salad which was totally ruined with a ton of oregano seasoning sprinkled all over it. Salad had a very little amount of a sprinkling of feta cheese flakes. Did not get the correct salad dressing with it. Bread was soggy that came with salad. Literally threw out the salad. Inedible.
