New Panda Restaurant has great staff members that have great customer service skills. Certain employees don't understand all words of the English language but that is okay. My household has ordered many times from this restaurant in the last 6 months. Only place I can find good cheesesteak rolls outside of the city! Haven't been disappointed yet about the quality of protein. Have fun exploring something new! Thank you!
I have been getting takeout and delivery from the folks at New Panda for over 5 years now. I work in Springfield and to be honest it's the only place I will order "take out Chinese" from. Their food is always fresh and I have never had a problem with it ever being "off". The owners are very friendly and work hard to produce a quality product day in and day out.
